If your are asking about the bankroll protection feature then please read this:

How does it work?
To turn on bankroll protection, simply open your poker software, select ‘My Account’ option, click the ‘Bankroll Protection’ link and then click the ‘Enable’ button. From that point on you will be restricted to games as detailed in the chart to the left on that page.
If you attempt to join a cash game or buy into a tournament for which you do not have the appropriate bankroll you will get a dialog box telling you so. You can turn the feature off right from this dialog box, otherwise, you will need to join a smaller game or deposit more money to your account.
You can come back to this page at any time and turn off the bankroll protection. From that point on, you will not get any of the dialog boxes when you try to join a game or buy into a tournament.

Can I adjust the restrictions?
Yes you can adjust the restrictions used by the bankroll protection feature simply by contacting support. They can tweak the values to whatever works for your bankroll management needs.

Do these restrictions apply to the smallest games?No. For the purposes of bankroll protection, we treat everybody’s account as having at least $250in it, regardless of the actual balance. nYou can always play in the lower stake ring games and smaller buy in tournemtns and sit-and-go’s.

Yes we are on Cake. If you already have a rakeback account on the network you will have to be inactive for at least 90 days (meaning not even logging in at that account) before you can receive rakeback at any other skin.

Look at the chip tray on the table. There is a little link underneath the chip tray that I think says "buy chips". Click on that to add on.

Wish I would have saw this sooner.

In the future can you start the monthly promo's at the beginning of the month. I didn't realize the Oktoberfest started a few days before October. If it has to be ran a few days early, can you make sure it runs till the end of the month? Just seems like it would make it easier, especially when the name of the promotion contains the month.

BTW, don't take that the wrong way. I like what Intertops is doing and that is pretty much being nit-picky. Glad to have a place like Intertops to play at.

EDIT: I know you mentioned RB players are eligible for the FPP races, are they eligible for all promotions? If not, what ones would we not be eligible for?

They are eligible for all promotions afaik. Never seen any RB player on Intertops excluded from promotions though, but I am sure Hjalmar will verify that on Monday

Keep in mind that once you have rakeback, your FPP earnings are halved, so it definitely gives you a handicap in these kinds of promotions.

But, there are no RB deductions on Intertops, which more than makes up for this, in my opinion.

Noted and we will keep this in mind in the future! A couple of days before our promotions start we always send out emails to our customers informing them about the campaigns. Therefore it is very important that you have an updated email in out system.

Im aware that HEM hud cannot be used on cake (and assuming intertops also), can someone tell me if hem can be used to track your games/hands for analysis and graphs etc?
