Question: I recently lost my Poker World account on the Cake Network because they left the US market. Cake only allows 1 RB account on the Network that I'm aware of. Since Poker World left the US market, am I free to choose any skin? Can I join Intertops without breaking the Cake Network terms and conditions?

I have RB on Cake. They claim I need to be inactive for ONE YEAR(!). I don't remember the inactivity needing to be that high. Is this something they recently changed?

Cake (skin) will lie to you if you ask them. They said I could not switch, PERIOD, regardless of time passed with an inactive account. Other rooms have told me 3 months, so I am assuming that is the network rule.

the period of inactivity is a joke too...if you log in to your account, that counts as activity, lol

I was wondering about Intertops as well. Just got a confirmed email for 33% RB I was wondering if I could do the first deposit bonus too? And how many players do you have on average?

I thought of moving to Cake Network, but due to the recent cashout issues Cake Poker (where I have RB) is no option.
Unfortunately I logged into my account two weeks ago and played a Gold Chip SNG.

I guess your cashier works independent from Cake?

I actually have an account with you (from 2007 or so), without an affiliate and without ever using it.

Can I still get rakeback on Intertops and how long do I have to wait now?

Could you comment on this Intertops Poker? I also have a Cake Poker account that I now refuse to play on but would be willing to deposit on another skin that was actually paying their players in a reasonable time frame and was less sleazy in their actions if I could get my RB switched over.

Also specifically answer the question directed towards players who were members of Poker World and lost the ability to play on the Cake Network all together. I assume we can play on the Network, but if they force me to play on Cake, I will not play a single hand. If I'm able to pick the skin, I may give Intertops a look.

Normally a player has to be inactive for at least 90 days to be able to open a new rakeback account with a skin at Cake if the player already has a rakeback account on the network. However, in this case I do not see any problems in you choosing another skin since PW left the US market.
I will investigate this issue and come back to you ASAP.

If you have a rakeback account, logged in and played two weeks ago it will not be possible for you to have rakeback with another site for at least 90 days. When that period is over I will be happy to give you rakeback with Intertops
Regarding our cashier it is as you say, it is independent from Cake and our payment processing is working very well.

I do not think Cake will lie to you intentionally and that that info came from someone that was missinformed. However, it is true that you will have to be inactive for at least 90 days to be able to open a new rakeback account with another skin. I would be happy to offer you a deal with Intertops but we do play by the rules.
