I hope someone can help me here, i have had a longtime account at Juicystakes since like 2010, and I am from NY. Apparently now, NYers can;t sign up, but i wanted to try the site again a couple months ago and spoke to support and they said i am grandfathered in and fine. I even cashed out $300 with bitcoin a couple of months ago with no trouble. Now i just tried to cash out $100 last week and havent heard anything so i emailed support and i got a rude email saying i am in a restricted state and to not contact them anymore. WTF? the phone number on their website doenst work either. Anyone know what i can do ? i am trying live support chat now

spoke to 2 different live support people at the same time because one was taking forever. They both said my cashout was process and i should receive it IN 24-48 HR so we'll see. also one person said its fine for me to play in NY because i have been a customer for 10 years, other support person told me not to play for now. shows how much they know

Don't ever play free spins that they send you by email, it's a pure scam. I've been playing on the site forever and they're stealing the hundreds of dollars from my account because I foolishly played a 10 free spin thing (10x 10c spins) on a slot and somehow "miraculously won" $120 but then lost it back expecting a 30x roll over or whatever.... nope. My pending cashout, requested days before this free play thing was declined, they want me to play $3500 of slots before I can get MY money off of the site despite it being exclusively from poker (all played before stupid spins) and having lost way more back in slots than I "won" on the obviously rigged freespins.
This is a complete scam and I would not suggest playing on this site until they stop these extortionist promos. It is nothing more than a way for them to clean out your account. I'll be taking my business and hundreds in weekly rake elsewhere, make this right.

I used to play on intertops in 2012, looks like they went downhill quite rapidly.

Hmm so what happened here exactly ... You won X number of free spins and then made money off that ... and then kept playing and lost it and now they want you to play more? Sorry lost track, also explains why I haven't seen you at the table lately!

I have a pretty unique opportunity in few weeks, I will get to meet some reps from Intertops so maybe Ill throw some Qs and ideas at them

Very poor ran site they had a bonus so deposited then found I wasn't eligible for the bonus because I management secretly said I wasn't without notifying me or anything then I said ok ill cash out then I was told you have to rollover the money. Done with the site since that's very unethical imo

I had a massive chip lead 1 hour into the 2K tournament on 9/5 (had over 9k; 6 left, 2nd had under 2k and 3rd under 1k at 75/150, total chips in play were I believe 15000). Site had "unscheduled maintenance" and ended up cancelling the tournament and restarting other MTTs less than 10 minutes later. Tournament had massive overlay at the time of cancellation.

Was refunded and got a $9 "prize". Called support and asked why it wasn't chip chopped on cancellation. Refused. Talked to supervisor. Refused. Wouldn't answer any of my questions directly.

Asked to be refunded for tournaments that were cancelled that I had been knocked out of before cancellation of since they were telling me it's like they never happened and I never could have won anyways. Refused (not that I think I should have, but was trying to prove a point.) Gave her reference numbers and she couldn't figure out how to look them up. She asked for information like tournament names/IDs that aren't provided on the transaction page and wouldn't give me information on how to find them

Seems pretty awful imo. Never heard of a site not paying chip chop deep into a tournament when down for "maintenance."

Awful customer service. Really dumb individuals I talked to.

I've played on pretty much every site available to US players and Intertops is by the far the most reliable. They don't have the biggest fields or prizepools but your money is always secure, action is great and the site has been around since 1996 without a hitch like every other site out there.

Made many deposits here over the years, and have also watched the gradual decline of this once popular poker room. The last deposit made I entered a late night $30 or $40 tournament, with re entries and rebuys. Fast forward 2 or 3 hours and we are playing on the final table on the money bubble , paying top 3. There are 4 of us left, and with about 25 big blinds in play total on the table we proceed to play a very strange and drawn out game of poker for another 2 hours. None of the 3 players would collide in a big pot , if I was squeezed out it would most often check down or a small bet / fold by the other on turn or river. They essentially passed chips back and forth for 2 hours while I was the only one they would call all in and put at risk of busting. 100% was either a collection of colluding players or the house players themselves. Another interesting note to this experience was one of the players was engaging with me in the chat on the table during this time. He was saying things like he is not of this world, referenced an ancient demonic entity name (I googled lol), and basically admitting to stealing saying something along the lines of "they keep coming to play". Also in reference to Kahns post, lets not forget how willing this person is to steer sheep to the slaughter house in order to personally benefit from it. It wouldnt be the first poker site hes knowing and willingly signed players up at to be cheated of their money. Avoid this cesspool like the plague.

Despite the negative feedback here, I have to say that Intertops is a very trustful site and I feel that my money is safe there. Never had any problems with any cashouts so far.

The tournament schedule is great.
I also like the new tournaments that they have from time to time at 23pm and 1am CET.

I think that they could add a tournament for 55$/109$/215 here and there.
With no guaranteed prizepool, starting only when 5 players join for example.

Biggest minus is that the browser-client is breaking down too much on my iPhone, even though I have a stable internet connection.

If that can be figured out and the client runs stable on my phone I would be very happy.

Still very happy customer,
regards,

Lehrstunde1

Creating a fair and quality gaming experience for our players is our highest priority at Intertops Poker. The solution chosen for RNG/Shuffling is critical to ensuring a fair game for all players. Consequently, Intertops Poker investigated many systems and algorithms before deciding on implementation of what we believe is a superior solution.

There is very little that cheaters can do online. No one can mark the cards, no one can peek at your hole cards, no one can stack the deck or put a cold deck on the table. Playing poker on line is very safe. The things that can and do happen in land casinos and card rooms can’t happen on line.

Rest assured that you are in safe hands with us. Clearly, colluding is not tolerated at Intertops Poker. In order to thwart any and all attempts at collusion among players, Collusion Detection Software (patent pending) has been developed that, among other capabilities, tracks all play in real time. Every hand played at Intertops Poker is automatically and instantly analyzed. The software watches for and recognizes in real time any and all plays used by colluding players and, whenever any suspicious plays are detected, the players’ hand histories are brought up for examination by our experienced, expert staff.
