When playing at real money tables or paying tournament fees, you will earn Frequent Player Points (FPPs).

Just get in contact with our customer support. The easiest way would be to send an email to poker@intertops.eu with the subject 'Gold Chips $x Bonus' where 'x' is your desired bonus amount.

Bonus amounts to choose from:

$5 for only 20 Gold Chips!
$25 for only 100 Gold Chips!

Is there anyone else who experienced problems with HM2 HUD? For a few days, I couldn't play, today when I returned the software downloaded some updates and since that the HUD does not appear. The hands are tracked tho...

Unfortunately we have to use what our software provider comes up with - as we had to use new download links which were not indexed by Google yet, a security warning came up. T

herefore we had to wait until this problem is resolved and disabled the download in the meantime ... nevertheless 'instant play' was/is working; the download will be enabled later today;

Yea and they dont seem to want business either. At least when I chat with support that is the impression that I get.

Intertops is a 30 year old sports book. They launched an online casino/sportsbook over 20 years ago. If you think that they are knowingly allowing "6 bots at 200+" because they "need the rake" you really do not understand how a site like this makes money.

Their reputation is more important to them than the pittance a few bots would make them in the poker room. If you truly believe there are bots, PM the rep the names and whatever proof makes you "95% sure" and I'm quite certain they will investigate your claims, taking action if necessary.

The same for me. A lot of disconnects yesterday and today. But I didnt see the opponents having problems.

i play about 1000 hands/day on BlackChip but would like to try a different site. I see several sites that offer rake back if I sign up through their site(36% paid daily), but I was wondering if I can get rake back directly through you when i open my new account? Thx. Jim

Intertops offers also competitive bonuses and races compared to the affiliates? I read that Intertops has in the past taken some winning players' rakeback away (maybe a higher limit to heads up case but it is alarming); that is easier to do if it isn't through an affiliate. I would shop around and sign through an affiliate.

Well for starters I always feel like the can is getting kicked down the road when asking for help or info. I self excluded myself to take a break, and now when the times up to play my account wont be reopened. (Not that I want to play that bad, I like omaha and you got 3 to 0 tables running at any given time.) Also I get the same feeling I got when chattting with Pokerhost before they went under, like the ships going down but no one is saying it yet. (Makes sense being that traffic is some what slow)
