Well, by that standard the world works in a way that if the account wasn't authorized today, I'm free to get on a plane and visit Dwight in his office personally. So when I'm standing there in front of him and we're now going to finally resolve the issue, that would in effect be how the world works for Dwight.

Rather than everyone just yell "**** you" back and forth, perhaps a Dwight could actually just be courteous, professional, and do his job next time. That way nobody has to hear Kahn's thoughts on life.

I have no idea what his last name is. I didn't ask nor is it really relevant to this thread at this point. He finally did was he was supposed to do and I've certainly said what I had to say on the matter. I think it would benefit the community as a whole if we banded together more when these things happen and let companies know what is and isn't acceptable. In a way, we would be using power through numbers to police our own industry and it would be nice to see this more moving forward.

It's been a while since I played on Intertops and I don't remember if this was an issue for me.Can someone tell me if after I fold a hand and I drag my mouse across my screen name area and it shows my mucked cards flipping over does that mean I'm showing my folded hand to the table? If so is there a way to disable that? It seems like I've been accidentally doing that alot.Thx

I had the same question a while back and was told (I think on here and in Intertops chat) that it's just a glitch/lag issue. So, it doesn't seem to show them from what I've heard.

At the same time, it hasn't been fixed, so I do wonder myself sometimes...I imagine if it was showing we may be hearing more about it but...

Know it's not a definitive answer but hope it's helpful.

After hearing nothing for 36 hours, I used Live Chat to initiate a conversation with support again. Now? They insist that if there were no "issues" with my documents I would have been paid already. That's rich, isn't it? You know, the issues they just fabricated and pretended were there? Next, they need 48-72 hours (I mean, they don't - this is what they claim) to "process" all withdrawal requests and THEN ANOTHER 24-48 hours to "send" the money. They insist that this is all for my benefit as the customer. I mean, they repeatedly keep stating that.

During the chat, the support representative expressed thinking this was comical at this point by repeatedly typing "lol" and then repeatedly explaining why Intertops is a great company and defending what's gone on here. So, obviously nobody at Intertops actually appreciates our patience or cares about our business no matter how many times they repeat it like a robot.

Total, total disgrace of a company. Solution to knowing if they have some kind of a financial issue that they're not disclosing: Everyone with money on here request some kind of withdrawal and then we'll see what percentage get paid and how long it takes. That would actually be an ideal measuring stick of what kind of liquid they're really working with here.

Like all of us, I've had some bad experiences with companies before. That's a part of life today. This is by FAR the worst so far, though. Intertops is the slowest, most incompetent, and least apologetic and responsible company I have ever done business with in any industry. And that's putting it gently.

WPN: No authorization documents required. I submitted the withdrawal request and had the money 8 hours (imagine that miracle, Intertops?) later.

BetOnline: Withdrawals are taking 12-36 hours TOPS. No authorization documents required.

Ignition: Had a withdrawal just this week already. No authorization documents required. Simply requested the money and received it in well under 48 hours.

Never had to double check, complain, call, write an email, nothing with any company other than Intertops. Again: Intertops insists that this is because the other companies are irresponsible and don't really care about my "security". That's why they paid me my money and didn't invade my privacy, right?

I got the joke for sure lol. I still watch that on Netflix. I love season 7 ep 10 called "China" where Michael learns he is the smartest person in the office. Also, Dwight HATES Pam that episode.

That ep is vintage office.

It wasn't just poker sites that owed me money in this industry (and one company still does). The point was that I've never seen companies and individuals avoid paying small sums of money like I do in the world of online poker and that what is considered a reasonable time frame here, would be considered slow as molasses in any other venue.

I wasn't verified with Bovada, WPN, or Chico. When I sent them emails to do so, I received a form letter back via email stating that it would take up to 72 hours to get back to me. In the end, neither of these three sites took any longer than few hours to get back to me to let me know that they no longer require verification documentation unless there's some specific issue upon actually granting the withdrawal. Once they notified me of that, not one of them took more than 18 hours to put the money into my Blockchain account. So of course I can recommend those three sites. When it comes to Intertops, if you deposit on this site after reading what I've gone through and then wind up in a similar situation with them - it's your own fault at that point. You have most certainly received a pretty detailed cautionary tale about Intertops.

As of this post I still haven't received a penny from Intertops and I do still think there's a possibility that I won't.

Called customer support again: Rude, nasty, think it's a joke, etc. Horrible company. They now insist that it will "finish processing" tomorrow, 6/7/18. They then stated it would take "up to 48 hours to hit your account" which I questioned because once they hit send, it's totally out of their hands and the time frame it takes to reach a Blockchain account has absolutely nothing to do with them - Which is why I thought them designating a 48 hour time frame to receive it was strange. I'm just speculating, but I would imagine they're giving themselves yet another 48 hours cushion to actually "send" the money once it finishes "processing". If you want to go through this madness to receive your winnings: Deposit on Intertops. If you don't: Avoid Intertops like the plague and never, ever deposit a penny here.

Interestingly enough: The money hit my Blockchain account this morning. I guess they finally got tired of hearing my calls to customer support.

I really don't know what to say. At least they actually made the payment but after promoting this site so heavily over the last few years, I'm obviously extremely disappointed. I understand problems and hangups but not total rudeness, no apology, and absolutely no diligence or urgency whatsoever.

So, in the end we'll just say:

BTC withdrawal requested on 6/4. Received on 6/7.

The PLO here has been basically dead at micros for 2-3 years since I stopped playing there, though the Razor or so has been there for that time at least, so not completely dead.

Many Omaha players moved to play Omaha8, as there was not enough PLO action. But they still come playing PLO when there is a game going, so they might build up fast enough during the times there are more players.

I wouldn't expect someone from here to play you heads up for rake there. I moved to 888poker, but it has been pretty dead there also much of the time and the rake is a killer.

More live tournament qualifiers please. I would like to come back to the site but that is one of the few things worth me playing on the site. Even qualifiers for small live $1000 tournaments is great.

Yeah the live qualifiers are awesome. I wouldn't mind some non-rebuy ones but, I'd definitely settle for just more with more feeders
