Thank you for the response.

I also have trouble with the poker software shortcut. Every time I log out the short cut no longer works and I have to re-download the client.

this week, from saturday night thru friday morning, i have accumulated 2600 points playing poker, and i also receive rakeback, so i receive the points at half speed. i play .50-1, 1-2 and 2-4 mainly. the 2-4 is sporadic but will run shorthanded, 1-2 more frequently, .5-1 pretty much always during the day. i play usually 1 table at a time, occassionally 2...3 maybe a few hours a week. and the casino points do not count unless you play the casino games thru the poker software. its a grind but worth it with rakeback plus leaderboard money.

I've had this issue pretty consistently for months. I either have to bet even amounts with no decimals or choose a preset bet amount (1/2 pot, 2/3 pot, pot). Maybe there will be a fix soon.

Right now, I'm playing exclusively on Intertops and have been impressed overall with a number of things about the site. It wasn't too difficult to deposit, the weekly FPP race is a great bonus, and withdrawals via check are faster than I've ever had with another site (though there is a $50 fee per check), arriving in just under a week for all withdrawals I've made so far. Customer Support is also friendly and helpful.

I've met a couple of Intertops players in live games and they've all had mostly positive things to say. Though the field sizes are small and cash tables limited, I've heard the word "value" a lot from other players, and I would agree that there's some value here.

I do have a few comments/questions, though, regarding potential improvements/updates to the site. Hopefully ITPK can help:

1. What specific changes were made to the Sundowner/Sunday Sundowner? Looks like the starting chips are the same as well as blind levels, so I'm just curious.

2. Are any updates expected to allow more customization--or at least to resolve the issue with typing in exact bets w/ decimals (mentioned in a previous thread)?

3. Will Intertops be able to offer any higher guarantee tourneys--or tourney series--than those already offered? I love some of the current tourney elements and small field sizes, but I'd love to see a 10k, 15k, 25k, or higher guarantee at least once a week. Possible?

All in all, I'm enjoying Intertops and would recommend for US players.

Let me start by saying the following:
1) I joined Intertops recently (2 weeks ago); mainly to play poker.
2) Overall my experience has been very good. Easy to deposit (via bitcoin), customer services is very helpful and prompt.
3) The games are a little slow at times, and sometimes the software can be flaky, but honestly b/c of #2 I would say it makes up for that.

However, I ran into a pretty major issue and am hoping someone from the Intertops team can help me resolve my issue -- the finance group and general support group so far have been been able to help.

I'd like to continue to report everything is good, so please let me know who I can call to discuss. My ID there is bigonthepig, so you can read all my recent chat transcripts to get the background.

Is there anyone from Intertops here that can help me work out this issue that works out for both the customer and the company? Thanks very much.

1. the payout structure has been changed and is more generous

2. our software developer has been informed about the issue regarding the bet amount - unfortunately I can't provide you with a due date but hopefully it will be resolved soon ... sorry for the inconvenience!

Regarding more customization - what would you like to customize? We can forward your request to our software provider but implementing new features always takes its time ...

3. we are always trying to come up with new tournaments but at the moment there is nothing planned regarding a tourney with such high guaranteed amounts, I'm sorry

Hello! Was there any update of poker client recently? My HUD in HM2 stopped working on HU tables. It is very frustrating. May be somebody can help with this issue?

Why is Intertops being flagged by my anti virus software? I have had two different antivirus programs (Symantec and Avast) try to block pokerclient.exe and pokerclient_hop.dll. It says they are infected with Win32:MdeClass and Win32:Malware-gen viruses.

Probably as safe as it can get. Overall they are grea guy. They paid the players even when Lock screwed the network for milions and they had to basically eat it (same when Cake Poker folded).
So it is as reliable as it gets. The oldest bookmaker online. Very trustworthy

imo stay clear. if you do join, do not play freerolls,50% of any money won requires rake, this includes tournament ticket winnings. until you meet this rake requirement no money can be cashed out. also they like to stick money in your account and call it sportsbook freeplay, but this requires 16x rollover. not very free to me.

I just had money taken out of my account just trying to sit on a table. It was a hi lo table. I sit down and error comes out then 7 dollars is removed from account. I refreshed done everything I can and the money is still gone. I was trying to cash out cause of the errors popping up when id sit tables. You guys said I needed to rake more on the tables and now 7 bucks just got taken out of my account when the error came up. There is no way I can play if money is vanishing out my account when I sit a cash game table.

Thanks for that link. That is a resource I was completely unaware of! I still think it's a false positive based on the fact that they have triggered virus scanners in the past. I think it has to do with the little taskbar program that stays resident after you close the client, and that subsequently has to be shut down on directly.

Hopefully the rep will weigh in with more information though.

Hi guys, regarding the mentioned virus alerts - unfortunately this is an ongoing issue after every update of the software.

I do understand your concerns but I can assure everybody that the software is no threat and contains no viruses at all!

Unfortunately some anti-virus programs indeed bring an alert when the poker client is installed.

Our software provider is working on it and is currently in contact with multiple anti-virus companies to have this sorted out.

At the moment you only have the option to make an exception in your anti-virus-program to allow the installation or you need to turn your anti-virus down for the installation and turn it on again afterwards.
