Tried downloading this site, I keep getting a run time error message every time the client loads. I've reinstalled probably 3-4 times

Thanks ITPK,

I emailed support and I'm waiting to hear back, still having issues but I've been able to get on and play some.

Anyone know how to track MTT results? I want to add them to my spreadsheet but can't find a history anywhere

HI can you do something with repeated sit out offenders e.g. the russian nit like Zyrukt or so. I mean sitting out on a table where fish sitted out/busted while playing other tables shouldn't be allowed right? Same for table blocking. I mean if you don't want to play the table quit don't block the seat. Same for not playing when recreational went for a piss or whatever. Super super scummy. He isn't the only one doing it there are quite a few regs doing it all the time..... It shouldn't be difficult to add sit out one sit out all tables solutions...

This happens to me a lot....a good work around is to close the log in box after time out. Find a table you want to sit at and open the table. When you try to sit down it will automatically log you in and it usually doesn't time out at this point.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We will have a talk with our software provider and see what we can do.

In the meantime I would kindly ask you to write down the player names and forward it to us.

Thanks!

Hi,

please note that our Payment Department will process payouts between Monday and Friday. The payout process will begin in 48 hours (2 business days) after the payout has been requested. Payout times indicated on the website refer to the actual processing and do not include the pending period.

Thank you for your understanding.

Anyone have an issue typing in bet size amounts? When I try to clear out the text and start typing my betsize it starts adding random numbers and will sometimes go to my whole stack

How's cash game traffic looking here lately? I still have a few hundred on Intertops but am wondering if I should withdraw it since all of the games are on WPN and BetOnline.

About 2 weeks ago I requested a withdrawal through BTC. Over the course of a couple days, the value of BTC dropped about $300 before the transaction was processed. I contacted support (both online and over the phone) and asked them if my withdrawal was based on the price of BTC at the point of the request or the point that it was approved. I was told by both of them that it was at the point it was requested. I then asked them if I could cancel my withdrawal and re-request it. They both told me yes, so I did that to try to not lose out on the value of my withdrawal. I wasn't trying to make money on the deal, I was just trying not to lose it. I ended up re-requesting it when BTC was at $2360. It was processed when BTC was at about 2550. Only issue is that I recieved the value of when it was 2550, not the number it was at when I requested it, as I was told twice by support. If support had not given me the wrong information (twice) I would have had $200 more in my withdrawal.

I contacted support yesterday and they basically tried giving me the runaround about how BTC fluctuates (obviously) and that this type of thing happens. I finally got them to realize that I understood that, which is why I cancelled the first withdrawal. They said that the "manager" wasn't back in until Monday and that he would call me then. Hopefully that's the case. I enjoyed playing here and would like to do so again, but will not if support is this bad. Let's hope they go with what their support team told me twice and I get reimbursed for the difference.

For the weekly rake race is 1 point = to 1 dollar? How are people raking 3-4k per week? I never see any significant traffic over .25/50.

I've always liked everything about this network except the traffic. I see all of these posts from you guys and yet whenever I log in, I see virtually zero cash game traffic and half of the tournaments being canceled because nobody registered for them.

Is it just me or are things slower here than ever before? I'm actually going to scan documents later today so I can withdraw from this site because the money's literally just sitting there doing nothing.

Cashouts are highly rated by every 3rd party company who tracks them (these companies are affiliate companies and may have a bias one way or another). However, the reports of payouts in this thread, if you care to dig for them, are often quite favorable.

May I suggest sitting down alone and helping to start 6 max games? Helping to grow the games here would do wonders for traffic.

Believe me, I've tried. Either nobody joins, or I wind up playing heads up cash games.

Well, that's a shame. It used to work in the past. The summer time is the slowest time for online poker and we're dead in the middle of that slowdown. I suspect things will improve as temperatures begin to cool and summer vacation for those in the USA (a big part of their player pool) winds to a close.
