Just wanted to give a nod to the expediency of customer support at Intertops! There was a software hiccup, which I've had happen from time to time with online purchases, and my bank account was double charged. I e-mailed customer support and my account was credited the next morning, not only with my deposit, but also with the International Transaction fees that my bank unfortunately charges me. This sort of efficient and competent support has been rare in the heyday of online poker and I thought I'd voice my satisfaction.

The support has been superb. I use live chat and they asked me to call the 800 number to increase limits. Called and got right in and they took care of everything.

Best way would be to simply email them and ask without logging in. They will need to tell you when you were logged in last.

I have a question for you. Vegaskid89 started a thread on here bashing your site and has even posted in here. He says he was all of the sudden banned from your site. It looks to me you saw his posts and related it to the site and banned him.

Is this true?

Intertops will never ban a person for expressing his/her view or opinion! We will also not go into detail about individual customers but Vegaskid knows why the account was closed.

Is there another version, maybe an older client that doesn't lag/slow??? Everytime I open Intertops it is EXTREMELY slow for me to open a table and than sit at a table...Advice? Thanks

Please be cautious with giving your money to Intertops they just scamed me real good. My account was locked for verification reasons. I give them the documents they request and I get this email from them

So I deposit $250 to them... and then I get error 616 when I try to logon on to there site...They say I am blocked from the cake network even though I have only played at Bodog before...So they lock my account and steal my money

Wow it just gets better now they say they are refunding "25" dollars in 14 days....I am taking legal action now. I am getting a refund for your screw up not a cashout and i expect it wired ASAP

I've had a lot of issues getting my poker limits raised. Called customer support three times today and nothing has been resolved. They say I am maxed out which means I can only play with $2500/day which means nothing but 1/2 and even then I get capped out when I lose a few buyins. If this is their policy, no reason to play here if you play above .50/1.

It is limits to your losses. If you have a daily limit loss of $1,000, you will not be allowed to lose more than that in one 24-hour period. I'm not clear on how these limits are established or how they are adjusted going forward, but it most likely is related to your deposit method, amount of deposit, and then play going forward. I started at $200 daily limit loss, which they immediately raised at my request to $1,000 before I even started play (I deposited $1k via WU). Then, after a week or two of poker play, my limit was raised to $2k daily and $10k weekly without me asking.

Wow that is a terrible thing to have if it isn't a self imposed stop loss. Unless I can have my account start out with a pretty high (like 5k) daily limit then it wouldnt be possible for me to play on this site
