Hello fellow players,

As stated in the title, Ignition Casino (Poker) is withholding my money since winter. I have registered with them in January and verified my account, please see date:

I started playing, won some money and decided to withdraw. Got a message that they can't process my withdrawal because my account is not verified. Please pay attention to the date:

After this I sent another email with all documents attached (including a selfie which they asked for over a phone call). They got my documents and started "reviewing". I wasn't given any explanation at all. This happened in February.

Since that moment I have been emailing and calling them on a regular basis, but to no avail. All I kept hearing is that they are reviewing my account and I'll be updated as soon as they finish. This has been ongoing for 7 months and counting.

I have no idea what is taking them so long to review or if they're reviewing anything at all.

I didn't expect Ignition Casino to treat me like this and by now I'm starting to feel defrauded and helpless. My only hope is that with some community pressure I'll no longer be ignored and this problem will be solved as soon as possible.

If someone from Ignition is reading this, you can identify me by this tracking number: <<#2286997-20685055-22570930#>>

tl;dr: Ignition Poker is withholding my money since February. I didn't break any rules. I wasn't accused of anything. I wasn't given any explanation.

Approximately how many times have you called/emailed them to request a status update and on average when were these requests made?

so what are you leaving out of this story?

cause we all know they aren't taking 7 months to review your documents and they certainly aren't ignore you. how much money are we talking about?

have you ever succesfully withdrawn from them(or Bovada) before?

This is exactly what's going on with me. Although it's only been one week. But it's strange because they reviewed my documents very quickly initially (before asking me to do the signature again). I feel like something is messed up with their queue or I'm (we're) getting lost in the system.

Sent them in initially on Aug 31st at 3:50pm.

They replied on Aug 31st at 11pm saying the signatures on the credit card form and the back of the credit card weren't matched enough (pretty lol as they were quite close).

I RE-SENT the form re-requested on Sep 1st 12:10am. Matching the signatures the best I could.

Emailed a couple times since asking what's going on and they're giving me the run around saying the documents are still being reviewed.

1 week for someone with a 2+2 account from 2008 and 5k+ posts is a completely different situation from the one "described" by the OP.

TooCuriousso-
Unless the two of you are connected in some way , I'm guessing you will be getting your funds shortly. Don't panic...waiting one or two weeks for these type of situations, post Black-Friday, is not unusual.

However, I have a feeling the OP, "JrdnGr33nr" will not be getting his money because he has purposely left out relevant information that would hurt his case, per say.

I could be wrong....and in the 0.01% chance that the OP is/has legitimately been waiting on funds for 7 months before going public(hmmm), I hope it gets resolved.

OP have you tried calling and escalating to a manager? Have you tried re-sending everything in a new email (as to start a new ticket or something)?

I mean there's no way they're trying to scam me or weasel a payout, I deposited $1500 by credit card, put it all on mayweather, and requested a cashout. Haven't been on there in years.

Yeah you're right the situations are different. When I read his post the part about how they received his documents and is still under review was familiar to me.

Their timeframes have seemed off to me--how they quickly reviewed the first ones I sent yet taking a week to review/approve the 2nd one (they say 24-48hrs). I've just been picturing some idiots copy and pasting standard replies while the 2nd document is buried or the ticket marked resolved...idk.

Maybe in my case if there's an issue it gets reviewed by a manager only every so often and that's the delay.

I know what you mean, how very often people start threads about sites banning their accounts/keeping funds where they leave out the details and real reason why. But I think with the wording (doesn't make sense his documents could still be under review) there's a chance what he's saying is legit and there's some queue/ticket error going on.

yeah lol ive been on here a long time now and have become pretty good at discerning the legit stories from these ummm how do i say this nicely, the illegitimate ones?

in your case TooCuriosso...I would continue checking with them daily and forcing/escalating the issue until you either get your funds or they provide you with more details. Bovada/Ignition is literally KNOWN for paying out and resolving these kind of issues quickly and fairly.

while its possible your situations are somehow similar, I stick by my read that the OP is leaving something out of his story as it seems pretty odd that he waited 7 months to make this thread and that Ignition hasn't given him any sort of explanation or timeframe(s).

You guys asking for money back on your credit card? If you payout with check or bitcoin you don't sign anything and they don't need anything.

fwiw, I had to give verification before they'd send me my first check back in 2015.
