Lol just give up cc11, they won't ever admit that there are superusers at their site, because then who would play their game anymore?
By "investigation" they mean "oh he called a shove preflop 25bb deep with 72o against your QQ and the flop comes Q4653, 20 times in a row, but it's just standard poker, nothing illegal at all. A straight beats a set right? So nothing special to see here".
Oh and if anyone wants to see concrete evident of how there is a kind of bots who could control the board runout and the card distribution, head over to
http://p8poker.com (also an Asian site). There are literally hundreds of bots currently playing there at any stakes. I did an experiment by playing the lowest stakes there HU against a bot, limp in then call down every single hands no matter the board to force show down and see the bot's cards. I lost 30/30 hands, and I can hit a pair only ~6.7% by the river (whereas you should have a pair ~30% of the time ON THE FLOP even with the most raggy starting hands). So for anyone who is skeptical about the existence of this kind of bots/superusers, just test it out for yourself.
