I appreciate for all your help!

I deposit $1K two months ago in Betonline and won to around $16.4K. I successfully withdrew $5K in September. After that, they canceled my several requests for payouts for this or that reason, or no reason. They suspended and restored my account yesterday for no reason. I just skip these annoying parts.

I got an email this morning and all the email correspondences are attached as follows;

While reviewing your payment, we noticed an unusual play pattern related to username vanora6868.

This pattern involves the funds transferring from his account to your account through the hands played.

May you please explain this situation?

Please be aware that we keep records for all the hands involved.

Hello,

I don't recognize this ID. I am wondering if this is just because I won a lot from this guy? I play $5/10 and $10/20 a lot, I may win or lose thousands of dollars in a few hands. Some play worse and keep dumping money. This is absolutely normal at these levels and I really have nothing to explain.

Please check my play for every hand, or IP addresses, or something, to see if there is anything unusual. Waiting for your reply. Thanks!

As I said, I don't recall this ID "vanora6868" and I don't know what is the problem. I do not think it is right to accuse me of anything based on OTHER PLAYERS' irrational plays, and it should be based on MY PLAYS. I believe that my play for each hand is unquestionable in terms of fairness.

Until now, I never have a chance to see these "all the hands involved" that you were talking about. What behavior do you mean by "the behavior detected is very obvious and has been confirmed"? Also, in your previous email, you said "This pattern involves the funds transferring from his account to your account through the hands played.", and isn't that the way for everybody to win money in online poker? I am confused and I think I am entitled to know the details.

And these forums are no good anymore b/c of people like you. If you don't have anything constructive to say, just GTFO. There's a very real possibility he was and/or he is lying to us ITT, but no one is forcing you to read it, and certainly no one is forcing you to comment on it.

If you don't care about his story, just leave. If you have something productive to say, then say it.

Let's wait for some more evidence from him.

In the post BF age, players need to stick together and monitor these sites because they have proved they certainly are not capable or regulating and monitoring themselves.

I am more than happy to have an expert outside Betonline get to my hand history and review it. The problem is that I have no hard evidence (hand history) to fight with Betonline, but they have and will not give it to me.

I am new to this forum and my question is: whose responsibility to provide evidence to the other party that I was or was not involved in chip dumping, BETONLINE or me?

I've had problems with BetOnline in the past. They froze my account after I ran $500 into $2,500. After fighting with them for about 2 weeks, they eventually paid me. I had to get 2P2 moderators and SBR Forums moderators involved, however. There is a thread about my issues with them......the issue was in August/September 2011 time period.

I've never deposited there again, and would advise everyone to stay away.

Hi, this happened to me on Everleaf. They wouldn't provide the hand history and said that due to someone else's actions they believe I was involved in chip dumping.

This stuff happens and OP is definitely not guilty by default here. I hope you get your money back OP.

They are claiming I chip dumped too which is obviously ridiculous. This site is the worst. I currently have a lot stuck in there and get the run around. It's been nearly 3 weeks that my account has been locked.

? for the two guys that have been posting on here saying they are locked on BOL. Have you been reading the other thread about this? Two of us were in the exact same situation and eventually got it worked out but it took some persistence on our part.

I posted in the other thread as well, what a huge mess. I've been trying to call them every day to get an answer. I keep hearing "give us 24 hours" and similar. It's a total joke.

I'd welcome any advice... I filed a complaint with SBR and I will keep calling them. If I don't get it squared away soon I will be tweeting to all the DeucesCracked members and blogging on it and hopefully writing an article for subjectpoker.com and emailing everyone who signed up at stolenbankrolls.com

none yet, i posted on SBR and the moderator there asked for 24 hours to contact them and get something worked out.

When I called betonline tonight i got the run around again, they said the poker department leaves at 5 so nothing will be done tonight. i asked who the manager on duty tomorrow is during the day and apparently it's clark at extension 2683 so I am going to call him tomorrow.

Wow, even Wilt is having trouble with this. Sorry to hear about both of your issues. BOL is confirmed scum, and it probably won't be long before a sticky warning against BOL emerges.

To those that think OP is lying, that email exchange looks pretty legit to me. And what would be his motivation for making this up? Not to mention WiltonTilt, a highly reputable veteran, is having exactly the same issue. I would be totally shocked is this wasn't a legitimate claim against BOL.

I hope you are both able to get out of this without these scammers keeping your money.

Only thing I can tell you is that I was calling 3-5 times a day, every day and demanding to speak to a manager every time(they would often not let me still). I was very upset obviously and very firm, maybe even yelled a bit when they were being ridiculous but I never resorted to cussing them out (as bad as I wanted to and they sure deserved it).

If you bug them enough they will eventually help you. You can't deal with the low level customer service reps who answer the phones though. They are hugely incompetent and have no way of helping you at all.

Agree,Wish everyone having issues with BOL all the best, Just terrible the way they carry themselves.

You would expect a company trying to compete in a competitive market today, would have tiered levels of support and a 24 hr customer service. Brick and Mortar casinos run 24 hrs 7 days a week. Just a F joke to me how some companies carry themselves. Should have a rep there 24hr a day to support all customers.

Poorly ran IMO.
