The Kahnawake Gaming Commission's "new" policy of not licensing operators who operate in the United States was announced on September 26, 2016, and operators who had a current license with them were given until September 30, 2016, to conform to the new standards (presumably ceasing to allow people in the United States to use their site). Rather than complying with the new policy, Bovada/Ignition voluntarily surrendered their Kahnawake Gaming Commission license on September 26, 2016.
It has been approximately 1 year, 8 months from September 26, 2016, to the present.
More to the point, I guess it seems as if Ignition is not trying to get another license and is just operating without one.
If them not having a license makes you significantly uneasy, then definitely don't play there.
I'm not sure how much a license from Kahnawake Gaming Commission really actually meant.
