people dont actually call very often which is why triple barreling as a bluff is effective and betting 3 times for thin value is not usually very good

That's how it's done. Name calling just makes you look like a fool (and no evidence to back up your assertions, only "gives evidence" of your stupidity and ignorance -- imo).

Is online poker rigged? Could be, but I doubt it's ever via an RNG or the hardware.
Can OLP be rigged? Yes. It has been in the past. But again, it's usually an employee and not the site itself.
Is there evidence of OLP being rigged? Yes. When you're here long enough, you'll realize it won't surface in this thread. Like it should, legit cheating gets its own thread(s). The BS crap gets flushed here.
^^^ Edited highlights of a great post; a refreshing take on the situation, that seems to ring true with everything I've so far experienced.

Au contraire. Bad players win (in the short term) precisely because the games are random. Good players win in the long term, because they have the skills (including bankroll management) to cope with random variance.
You seem to be arguing that new players are boomswitched. If that is true, why don't you check the biggest winners on PTR this week? Click a few of the names and see how many of them are total newbies. My guess is that... big winners are not newbies. Big winners are better/more experienced players. Feel free to find eveidence that proves the opposite.

The idea that sites rig the deal (even slightly) to keep casual players in the game is illogical. Sites maintain liquidity (which is then taken by winners as profit) by getting injections of cash from depositors. If anything, it is in a site's interest for new players to LOSE. If newbies kept winning, they wouldn't need to deposit!

Very very suspicious....

A9 vs 94 tournament. I raise he calls. 1100 in pot. Flop comes 872 rainbow. Player checks...I shove all in for over 3000 chips. HE calls with 94 no flush draw or anything. He calls and then the turn hits a 4.

I dont care what level tourney this is or buy in ...no way cold calls 9 high..he had over 3k in chips left also.

im done with usa sites til legislation comes in...

9 high

I just got dealt KK vs AA 25 hands in a row. Took 1 hour. Good thing I understand variance and know that the sample size is too small. Other wise I would be suspicious.

I love how people act like it's possible to know what card is coming up next. It's impossible to cheat like that. The only thing that's static is what your hand is, not what cards come up next. Minted uses a continues shuffle based on photon reflection, which basically means you have a completely random card coming up next time, every time. If the board is A37 and you have 24, someone bets and you fold, another guy calls. Turn comes a 5, that 5 wouldn't have come up next if you were in the pot so don't beat yourself up, it's continuous shuffle, the next card is a random card that technically gets chosen once the betting is done. Then again, nobody claimed riggtards were the most informed bunch of people.

You also raised twice as often preflop, and didn't call 3bets.

But you're definitely right, those ~1,000 hands certainly show...something.

LOL @ calling me a shill, that further proves how clueless you are. Take your rigged nonsense to a forum that cares. Good luck finding one.

Why are you playing on one that you insist is rigged then?

I wanted to convince myself and proof stars is not rigged, by playing a big amount of hands. But I did not manage to come to any real results.

I am not going to say yes or no. Because the truth is not that simple, otherwise it would have been discovered already.

But I will say, something is not right at stars, and I'm quite sure some kind of cheating is going on there against certain players.

So yes, I quitted at stars, I like to see this more than the minor winnings.

You would think that for someone who plays 100,000+ hands a month, they'd understand that 1,000 hands doesn't mean anything in regards to winrate.

only reason i care about stars is that their promotions are good, which keeps players at this **** site.

They can cheat and rig anyone, because most ppl are addicted and locked to play at stars for several reasons.

"shuffle based on photon reflection" how can an adult man buy that nonsense.
I think it's more shufffle based on "how can I let the money circulate best".
