PS says I violated terms of service PS says I violated terms of service

A little frustrated.

Without going into extended details, I am an American and live in the EU. I recently opened PS client and sent them information to update my account information for pokerstars.eu - All required documents, etc.

They shoot back an email 3 days later and say it came to their attention that I violated terms of service by playing underage in the States. - Totally untrue. When I first started in 2005 the required age was 18. I never falsified any data and provided the correct age.

They told me they will take this into consideration for any future action and won't update my account until I say "I Agree" in an email, essentially admitting guilt when I never did anything wrong.

I sent them an email back and it's like they refused to even listen to me. They just responded to the effect of "Unfortunately, we can not move forward until you agree to the terms of service."

What would you do here? I just smell problems in the future for withdrawals.

It appears 21 is the required age of play in the States on Stars now, but that was definitely not the case originally.

Use or don't use, you're gambling cos stars support is lol bad. I had my account closed because I moved to Thailand and had to provide some documents, it took 5 weeks of me sending them everything I could find and them taking 7 days to reply on anything.

I did a trade here and apparently the guy used a credit card that got charged back so stars just took it back from my account, same deal. 7 days per reply, nothing gets resolved.

They even have higher rake on .eu so why not just use their competition. Other sites are softer anyway. The only reason to play there is if they're really offering something their competition isn't, are they?

That's a good question...my answer would probably just be a large player field, more MTTs, and satellites into live EPT events.

The only other client I play on is Party.

...and considering adding 888 to that. I've been out of online play for so long, I've been trying to catch up on it all. - I think last I played were the Lock Poker days in 2012.

Either agree to the TOS (and I don't see how agreeing to the TOS is admitting anything), or play elsewhere. What other choice is there?
