More tournaments need to be set up. I logged in today and there was a 4 hour wait for the next game to start. At least have one starting every hour. Even a regular one with no gntd. Small $25 - $50 gntds .. anything is better then nothing.

Since we have launched our new poker site, we have daily tournaments that start every hour beginning 5PM EST. You can check it now on our website

I see that and the games look good but start late for the time zone in which you use. For example one of your bigger games .. the weekly $2500 gntd starts at 11 PM EST. We are looking at 3 - 4 am for finish times on a Thursday morning.

If we could get some earlier start times that would be great. Some games pre- 5 PM EST would be great also. They can be small games as previously mentioned. Anything at all is better then nothing.

So far I am liking the site but my play has been limited due to start times.

I have tried emailing support multiple times with no answer. I sent in my identification verification immediately after I received your email and have still not been able to cash out.

I signed up last weekend and have played a couple SNG's so far. I got the free $2, so playing .50 sng's while I try it out lol.

Currently the sng's take a long time to get enough players. Only 6 player games (which is understandable since they take so long to start).

I hope business takes off. I miss playing online. If I do end up depositing money, I will keep the balance low so I don't get screwed like when they shut down pokerstars and FTP.

Hello Warewulf! Good Day! To give you a little insight about us, Global Poker is part of VGW Holdings Ltd, a public company incorporated in Australia in 2010. VGW are an experienced social casino developer & operator, who have created a new business model to comply with the legal requirements of US law which allows for a combination of virtual currency (social) gaming with real cash prizes. VGW Holdings Ltd have already successfully employed this method of sweepstakes prizes at their social casino gaming site www.chumbacasino.com which is around for many years now. Also, we just launched this poker site last December 2016 and were getting more players everyday

Also, I noticed the highest SNG is $6. Are there plans to add higher buy in games? Like $10 and $20?

Does this mean that you don't offer games to players based in Australia?

Haven't read through entire thread so don't know if this was mentioned or not. This business model sounds awfully a lot like LiveAce from a few years ago. Anyone remember that? That was a sweepstakes gaming type online poker site. It was technically legit b/c you weren't "gambling" with dollars online directly with the site but it still did not last too long for whatever various other reasons.

At the moment, only customers from the US and Canada (except Quebec) can cash out their winnings.

We're not the first ones to use this type of business model, however, we're here for the long haul. Our sister company, chumbacasino.com have been up and running for a few years already, using the same business model.

Sorry for the delay. I just checked and you sent it using your PayPal email instead of your registered email. Anyway, you should receive a confirmation from us any moment now. Thank you and have a great evening.
