Not sure if this is the right place to post, but though this would go well in nvg....
So a friend of mine sent me this saying this happened while he was playing in 888, ive tried searching around and cant find any other jnstances of this happening.
Whats everyones opionion?
Surly this should never happen while playing online? I think he was playing on the app oher than that i dont know much else.

from tempered screen shots to graphical errors or even real bugs this could be anything .. calling it rigged isn't correct though.

as far as i recall, there was one (known) incident 'back in the days' with two kings (same suit). i think it was lee jones (b/f he joined PS) doing the aftermath and explaining, that this was a bug.

there was also that famous 'best hand didn't get the pot' on ultimate bet w/ hellmuth

there was also some weird graphic glitch when ultimate poker in nevada started that made it to 2p2

so long story short: yes, errors can happen

edit: your friend should send details to 888 support

Habks for the reply, i know rigged was probably a bit of an over reaction but wanted to get as many people as possble to view this.
I know its probably a glitch, but like you said there is 1 known incident ‘back in the days’, my thought is surly online poker has been going on ling enough for them to have ironed out these sorts of glitchs...
Ill rt him to contact 888 and see what they say.
Anyone else have any ideas why/how this happened?

Back in the day before 888 updated their software (Pacific poker) if you were playing more than 1 table sometimes the cards in the flops swapped tables. Or one of your holecards swapped with the board or completely disappeared and you had to play the hand essentially blind.

I can kind of understand this happening back in the day when sites werenewer, but this kind of thing should have been ironed by now... ill ask him to try and request a hand history and see if it was logged as a dupe or if it was a graphical glitch.

I do like a good conspircy, so maybe im just looking for something that isnt there....

Wasnt me playing. My mate hadnt even been dealt into the hand (just realised my previous hh idea wont work then...) he said somebody bet and there was a call so maybe sombody had it...

No photoshop. My mate took the screenshot while playing, mentioned it to me during our weekly game and i said id pop it on here to see what you guys think. Haha he doesnt even know what 2+2 is so dont think he would have been trollng me....

If anyone is interested, i emailed 888 about this and they couldn't explain why/how this happened. I thought they would have been interetsed in this however they didnt even aknowledge anything was wrong.

This has left me to beleive 888 poker is a scam/fraud site so i am going to try and get this acreen shot out there and pet as many people as possible know.

As mentioned, this wasnt me, i wasnt playing and havent used 888 since i saw this. Its just made me so mad that this can happen i feel i have a moral obligation to try and stop 888 stealing peoples money.

While there's nothing wrong with getting the word out, I highly doubt this is the big deal you think it is, especially given that in the 6 weeks since you've posted it, not a single person has shared a similar experience. This is likely nothing more than a graphics glitch.

It would be good to see; OP posted 5 or 6 weeks ago that he'd try and get the HH from his buddy, and he hasn't mentioned it again since.
