I have never once seen live chat available on GG. The link always just brings you to emailing them.

There is a live chat option on GG but if you click on it. It just brings you to some automated bot thing with another button for live help and if you click on that it brings you to emailing them. I have tried it a load of different times and is always the same.

The logic behind not coverting the unused tickets during the series is really strange. It is one of the first rules in book making industry to get bets settled and turned around as quick as possible to get the money back into the hands of the customer to gamble.

I even emailed them asking them could they convert the ones for tournaments that already over now rather than waiting till the end of the series and was told no even after all my problems they couldn't even make this small concession. You have all this money on the site that players can't use that could be driving even more action and they are leaving it not in play.

Last minute satted into $100 sat to $1500 millionaire maker, or so I thought, by time super sat finished target sat was closed, so I just have a ticket for an event I can't enter.

Seems like they really ought to cash this for $100 or a generic other sat ticket for me to use, and not just sit here for months since it's not my fault event didn't allow me to enter.

As I pointed out above not having this money in action is only hurting the site. A gambling company shouldn't need this pointed out to them by the general public but apparently they can't even get simple business things like this right.

^^^^Whenever I set up my 4 tables I don't touch the lobby or make any changes because half the time if I try and check for other tourneys to register it messes up the screen and then if a 5th or 6th table popups and I need to press to resize then my heart is in my mouth wondering what the client will actually do.

All of these issues of course are specific to my computer and account and no one else is having any problems according to support.

I don't have any from those specific formats but on the ones I do have there is an expiration date on the ticket when I click into the tickets tab to have a look at them. The ones for the series are all October.

That was a new one on me.

Playing a tournament, I noticed I hadn't been dealt in. Assumed I'd just been moved table, although I realise now that I hadn't been moved.

Looked back and I was now on the cut-off and still hadn't been dealt in. Bit puzzled at this point.

I was then moved table for real; I was in the big blind with KQo, the flop had already been dealt and I was sitting out. Lovely.

I had one of those perpetual spinning non-loading tables up, dunno if the two were related.

Ok guys this is the solution I found ,It has to do with the OS ,windows 10 seems to have compatibility issues with the software.

So you can try this just like I did:
right clic on the ggnet icon on the instalation folder and clic on properties ,then you go to the compatibility tab and ejecute the troubleshooter.

In my case the troubleshooter suggested to run the game in compatibility mode with windows 8, and it solved my problem.

Hope it works for you too.
