Every ****ing session I run like 1-5 BI below EV...mostly 2-3. Pokercraft says I have no luck. It's ****ing incredible. my All-in EV is consistenly 5-6 BI+ after every session, but my win loss is breakeven. That has been like that for over a month. The bad beats i'm getting are not normal. Take it for what it's worth.

This is how I felt about Stars.

I moved to GG and have been happy with the results. Perhaps I stole some of your luck as I ran over EV considerably during August.

Does anyone else have problems with the software lagging? If so, what's your system and under what conditions? Having six tables of AoF up seems to make my laptop overheat. I think GG uses more resources as the session goes on. I've tried undervolting but no joy.

It's just weird that almost every time I decline that stupid insurance the other guy gets the card he needs on the next street. I'm sorry, but it's unbelievable and almost comical. Perhaps I need to create a new username, as they flagged me.
At this point I'd rather not go to showdown and steal a pot because when i'm 90% favorite it's 50/50 at best.

What does your luck show on Pokercraft? mine has been on no luck since I opened my account.. so a few months.

For my first 5k hands I ran like a God and had the highest luck. Now it's evened out and am down to regular after 10k more hands.

Help and support history re:insurance payout problem. Resolution pending.

I had another instance of the insurance not paying out on a hand. This is the second one I have reported, although I have seen it happen one additional time.

On the attached hand, it indicates I am receiving an insurance payout of $7.51, however on screen in play it said $0 and no chips were added back to my stack. My stack remained at zero, and the rebuy screen came up.

We have had these hands reviewed for you and can confirm your payout was correct.

You lost the original pots but lost the insurance on the turn and were awarded an insurance payout on the river.

What I am saying is the hand history says an insurance payout was made, but that it did not actually pay. My chips stayed at zero and I had to buy back in.

Please review the buyin and account information of the very next hands at these tables. There is a recurring problem with the software here.

With that posted because I thought everyone should be aware, I will also say I'm generally happy with GG. They have decent support, the software is otherwise good (except for occasional crashes), I run well below EV just like anywhere else, and the promos are good.

Im not a huge fan of the rake back system, although the new flat rake back makes it a bit better. (Although they still get to decide the % of what amount they're actually paying, so there's that), and I live with chronic level 3/10 anxiety that they're going to randomly ban my account and seize my money.

Also, I deposited by Mastercard and am still waiting on a response how I can actually withdraw my funds, since they insist it be by the original method, but there is no withdrawal option for Mastercard.

But I'm still playing there. I like it. Hopefully they'll fix the insurance glitch, let me withdraw somehow, and not take all my money. With those caveats, highly recommend.

Im a "Black Whale" on GG new VIP system. They claim to offer 50% RB, but the truth is PVI rules all the system. My PVI after all this week sessions is rounding 0.25 LOL

they get there whether i accept or decline the insurance. the rush pools are filled with brain dead button clickers but they always win somehow. i also have no luck on the pokercraft ev graph. on top of that the rake is huge and the rakeback almost non existent, might as well stick to stars.

Lol, anything more than a $4 rake for a pot this size is excessive and the site took $50 ****ing bills and people are playing. What a disease.

Do you also experience self closing of gg software or freezing on all tables and only help is to restart the software?

I have deposited with MC and Visa.

I can see Visa as an option for withdrawal but not MC. Visa is greyed out and I can't actually request a withdrawal.

Etransfer seems to be an option for me even though I haven't deposited with it. I can see available funds and can enter a value where I couldn't for Visa.

I sent an email to support to find out. Will let you know if they say something useful.

Interestingly, when I drop a stake I consistently get double the fish points per hand.

Just FYI those spins aren't random either. I would just go for the flat cashback.

They gave me a workaround:

We ask that you visit the cashier and select a payment portal which supports both deposits and withdrawals.

You must make the minimum deposit to create a transaction history using that method, which will then activate that method for withdrawals.

Is anyone beating the AoF games or running close to EV pre-drop? I put in some sick volume, had 1 rf (on 4/8 omaha) but other than that, basically down the rake+ on these games, which is about 15k. More fool me for playing them, I know.

Btw, I think in Omaha you're supposed to hit an rf once every 10k hands, I had one, but seen quite a few at my tables, so that's obv pretty below EV right there. Chart is since early July (a couple of months ago), when I joined.

ev wise with jackpots and rake 580 bucks up. $ wise 420 up. but quit it as I don't like making money only relying on jackpots.

playing the 1/2 AoF omaha there were some players making some pretty big mistakes. super annoying when u get deep with guy on your left.

Interesting, I always auto-remove and play for the min, unless there is a really obvious fish on the table who is not auto-removing, but that's happened like once or something.

In my experience they usually take about ~24 hrs to approve and then usually another 12 hours or so after that it lands.

Thats kind of what I figured. I assume Etransfer would be the easiest method. I think the min is 20 or 25. I'm good with this anyway would rather have it go right to my bank account instead of on my card.
