So I was playing on GGNetwork and at a final table in a PKO and my cashier was not updating when I knocked out people and it didn't updated when I busted out 3rd. I also wasn't able to register any tournaments. I went here to see if others were having issues and there was about five comments of others saying "Platform unstable" etc. The last one posted by Simpletwn who still shows as the last poster in this thread for me. I no longer see any of those comments. Do others see them?

I logged out of GGpoker and then tried to log back in and I get the "Platform is unstable" message.

"BRAND_INTERNAL_ERROR" is also a message that shows when trying to log in for me now. I tried checking GGPoker twitter and no mention of it but really would like to know also why I don't see those comments anymore is this thread. Did a mod delete them for some reason? The last one I see before my post is for "LoadingitUP"

A warning to all who choose to deposit specifically at "GGPoker". The reason why this network has solid traffic it's not because it's one of the best place to play online poker (specifically cash games), since many here have already mentioned how the rakeback is very bad compared to their competition out there.

The reason why this network has traffic it's because most who've chosen to deposit at GGPoker are forced to wager (gamble) their funds until they've paid a certain amount of rake to the network before it allows them to cashout their OWN money they've choosen to deposit.

GGPoker never informs or warns about this specific rule prior to making your deposit, a rule that most wouldn't expect since no other network I've been a part of through the decade uses such a rule (and for good reasons) unless it purposely tries to scam you.

I am regretting moving to GGPoker from Natural8 and I only did it due to believing their license is indeed better, plus the extra options for deposits/withdrawal. Again, do not DEPOSIT on this network, especially not big sums because clearly they don't want you to deposit a lot of $... and just praying on those that will so they can keep their $. I am still surprised how this company could obtain a license, which is why their licensing body has already lost a lot of credibility.

Deposit only the minimum funds you need.

I am one of the biggest hater when it comes to gg but your situation is std in any regulated site i played. 1st you have to wager some amount before able to withdtaw any cash.

Also you're talking about natural 8 and gg as if they're different companies. Aren't they the same and just skins of one another? I know there's some countries that can't sign up on one and vice versa but isn't the traffic mostly the same as well?

This is unfortunate, and they're not the only site to lack transparency on this - which doesn't excuse it. I agree that if this is the case, it isn't right.

I assume that you've simply never previously tried to withdraw before meeting this requirement. It's very standard, and I believe it is for one or both of two reasons - AML (anti-money laundering) regulation requirements, and because deposits often cost sites a significant amount of money, so they aren't big on people cashing out before recovering their costs.

I wouldn't assume he's talking about bonus requirements, and cashing out a few days after depositing might simply mean you met their minimum requirements already.

Under those laws any amount that is in your balance can be withdrawn.

I'm from the USA, but I am going on holiday in Europe this summer and was wondering is there a list of banned countries for the GG Network? I'm going all over Europe by train so I'll be in a lot of countries so knowing which ones are or aren't banned would be nice. For example, France is a no and Germany is a yes?

Yes you can use the cash dollars but when it was real dollars you could withdraw it. This also meant you could transfer it between sites as well if you wished. I'm not sure I'd call it just like real cash tbh, it's definitely a worse deal then it was before.

Rb grinders don't like it because they can't cashout it instantly and they lose part of it while grinding. So in the end they get less. And that's a good thing.

Skin dependent. UK, France, Germany are almost always very difficult. Some locations ban access but network allows players. Have players in eastern Europe that need to download via VPN and then can play direct. For your own sanity, try to get it all down first. You could inadvertently lock yourself up with funds on the account.

Whether you go direct through site or via agent, ask lots of questions for the scenario/location you expect to be in.

FYI, you won't be able to play on PS or PP while travelling.

The GGCare prizes might change, that's all. The money won is like real money. It is roll money, and it doesn't matter where you play it.
