the software is constantly freezing and i need to restart the client in order to get it back up - i have a decent build, does anyone know something about this and can help?

right click GG icon on desktop and start "troubleshoot compatibilty" its offering win 8 comp. actually more smooth vs win 10 dont forget run administrator.

also without troubleshoot right click gg icon / properties / compatibility if you want.

i tried that, no improvement. i also disabled all my other monitors and reduced the resolution on the one remaining - still crashes.

Your starting balance when you log in and your ending balance when you log out is your profit loss marker.

Pokercraft will give you session results which does include rake which you would then have to subtract your balance change from to figure out rake. Assuming of course you remove bonuses as well.

Its not ideal but if you really want to know your post rake profit that's how to do it.

In the grand scheme of things if your balance is higher at the end of each month and you're happy with how much it grew then all the other stuff is just noise.

i spoke to someone in the ggpoker discord and he told me to try a complete uninstall. this helped to my surprise (let's see for how long though -.-), but i wanted to share this, in case anyone else has a similar problem:

Code:

1) Reboot
2) Completely remove the GGPoker client
2a) Uninstall via the normal process
2b) Locate and delete the following folders, if they exist (feel free to make backup copies just in case -- but that shouldn't be required)
    * C:\Program Files (x86)\GGPoker
    * C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\GGPOKER
    * C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\GGPOKER
    * C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\GGPCOM
    * C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\POKER-GGPCOM-LIVE
3) Re-download the client installer: https://gg.gl/ggpoker-windows
4) Re-install
5) Reboot
6) Cross your fingers and test.

They operated in Asia from 2014-2016, then Natural8 started operations in Europe and the ROW from Jan 2016 onwards, GGPoker was formed in Oct 2017 to focus on UK and Canada

This seems to bite people in the a$$ later on.

Its all the same network so although not 100% true this could be considered a form of multi accounting which is against the culture of GG.

Can someone tell me what is going on at GG?

Right now some tables are paused and all of a sudden two tables popped up. Some "NL5 0.03/0.05 game" with 10k tournament chips each.

But nothing is happening. No cards, nothing???

I doubled up early in the GGMasters and now my table froze. I see that I'm ranked 70th or something but I know not all of the tables are frozen because my rank is dropping and I can click on another random table and pull it up.

More bang-up work by GGPoker. Not glad to see someone else is having issues but glad to see this isn't on my end at least.
