An idiot said in his blog he dounloaded HH from PTR to see how next level players play. He's an idiot enough to post his Pokertracker stats and not even hide his pokerstars screenname in his blog. I'm sick and tired of all this scumbags boasting about use of datamined hands and pokersites doing nothing to fight that. WTF don't they make their affiliates forbid the discussion of this in their pokerblogs? I am never gonna use mined HH's so why do other cheaters have to get away with this? Maybe it will serve them as a lesson? Is this gonna spoil my poker karma, or are u ok if somebody gets banned as a result of me reporting them? Or just ignore this and let the poker world be as it is?

They wont get banned. Stars has said repeatedly that they will not take action against users of PTR, they are trying to solve the issue on the level of PTF getting hands in the first place.

One thing is visiting PTR to see your or some other peoples' general stats and DOWNLOADING HH'S is a bit different, ain't it?
For the first kind of offence they might just warn, but the second is like a felony or w/e

Can't get banned for datamining
Can get banned for buying HH's....

In terms of reporting them, my view is that if you have to ask then don't do it.
