Hey guys, I just tried to log in to my FTP account with the same username and password I've been using for the last year. But every time I try I get the message:

"Sorry, your username or password is invalid".

FWIW, just before my password/username stopped working, I tried to withdraw my entire bankroll. Which, after checking my neteller a/c, I can see has not come through. I've tried to withdraw many times before, but the withdrawals haven't worked.

PS. I've made sure that caps lock isn't turned on when typing my password, but still no luck....

Any advice? Have any of you ever had the same problem?

Well you could email full tilt and ask them. that message is the one you recieve when your account gets locked for some reason so if you arent doing anything "bad" then you have nothing to worry about but if you did do something "bad" then you can kiss your "bankroll" "goodbye"

OP, post your screen name and password and I'll try it for you. It just might be your computer.

Not necessarily true. Being "bad" for me was taking part in this forums community. The marketplace, small stake "stakes", contests...etc i was banned from tilt (which is most likely what's going on with you op) and my only mistake was doing a transfer with someone on this site who must of done something shady.

I just sent them an email a few minutes ago asking why they locked my account. I had trouble withdrawing (easy to put money on, hard to get it back) and I tried to withdraw my full bankroll a few times via neteller. But I don't understand why they would lock my account for that reason.

Is it possible to get my account unlocked?

ps. I'm in Ireland FWIW.

Did you try the forgot password feature? Is caps lock on?

Yes I tried the forgot password feature and changed my password but I still can't log in. And no caps lock isn't on, I said that in my OP.

And now I can't even send support an email because my email address isn't working properly ATM (It won't send messages). They wouldn't lock my account because my email isn't working would they?

How would they know your email is not working?

If they tried to send him an email and it bounced they would almost certainly lock the account until things were sorted out. It would be the only sensible course of action totake.

Usually if they locked your account when you withdrew it's going to be a multiple accounts problem.

Hope you didn't get hacked though, but that's pretty unlikely

edit: definitely email support from another account though

Ok.

Thx for the help guys.

Edit: And yes, I do have multiple accounts there but I've only been using this one for the past year.

Have you heard of anyone getting their money back after being caught with multiple accounts?

If they believe it is an honest mistake they will warn you and give you your money all onto one of the accounts. However if you have been logging in under different names or something else suspicious, doubtful you will see your money.

Got it sorted guys. I emailed support and, after a fairly drawn-out process, managed to get them to transfer all remaining funds from my closed multiple account to my 'primary' account.

Thx for the help

Hej guys!

It happened exactly the same situation with me as it happened with One1. I had multiple accounts, but no bonus cheating or stuff. I got caught by FTP, they said that I have to send a confirmation email to them to transfer the funds from my old account to my primary account. I did 3 times but they have not responded in 2 days... I mean why does it take so long time?? Anybody had the same problem before and got the money back?

Anybody could help what I should do? (Sorry for my English):P

How long it took for you to get money back?

This is pretty standard, it happens to everyone who tries to get RB and opens up a second account. Also, thanks for being completely upfront and honest with us in your OP.

Same thing happened to me last night and I'm sure for the same reasons but I have reasoning. I am named after my father so we have the same name and I emailed fulltilt before joining over from Pokerstars saying about this situation and how we would be playing from the same household. They said it was okay, but now, after about 6 months decide to lock my account (not my fathers of course lol) and I'm trying to get it worked out now, they said about shipping my money to my dads but I have about 20000 ftp to his 2000 so im not happy.

Hm, well I have been emailing FullTilt about multiple accounts as well the past few days. I had quite a few. Not to abuse some bonuses or anything.. I would just create new accounts for fun.. Yeah it was a pretty long time ago.

But now my brother wants to open an account on FullTilt and I got scared that he might get into trouble. So I traced back all my multiple accounts, emailed FullTilt, about 3-4 hours later - done. They closed all NINE of them. LOL, I really thought they'd get pissed for so much multiple accounts. But they actually seemed not to mind this at all.

And they clearly said:

Furthermore, you and your brother or any other family member can have their own seperate Full Tilt Poker account.
I hope this isn't just some sweet talk to lewer in new money to the site before confiscating it(?!)
