Any new dates (past 5/3) hitting bank accounts? seriously this is just ****ed up.

it looked like things were improving... and then they stalled this week. What a ****ing clown operation. The pros associated with this site better hide when I'm in Vegas for the WSOP.

Why should they hide? Will you be hitting them up for a loan?

"Hey Howard Lederer! How you doing buddy? I need a favor. Can I borrow $5,000 to buy-in to Event # 15? I would have had it on me, but considering your website has not processed my withdrawal from 6 weeks ago, I am a little short right now. You know I am good for it. You can verify this with any of your customer service representatives at 1-888-TILT-PAY."

Pros have nothing to do with deposit/withdrawal transactions. They are pretty much props who get paid to represent the site.

Pros dont care either, they dont use bank transfers so its not affecting them.

Hello Full Tilt Support AGAIN,

So today is now May 28th; 20 and 21 days after both of my ECHECK
cashouts were supposedly "processed" and yet i still have no money in
my
bank account from you guys. I just recently, redeposited with you the
other day and 1,2,3 in 2 days it comes out of my bank account but when
i
try to cashout it takes a month roughly? As you know,it is the end of
the month and people have bills/rent to pay including myself. It would
help if you would inform me where my money is right about now, and when

i will, if ever, recieve it.

Thanks, kind of...

Mike

Yah its pretty gay. I want to do another withdrawal but now I'm stuck with sending my docs. I hope they re-instate bank transfers, better yet they have to . How can a site accept e-checks and not let you withdraw with the same means. That alone looks unprofessional.

Are checks the only withdrawal options now? this is seriously messed up.

Now its sunday and my account is locked becasue they take days to answer

Yes, they get paid to represent the site. And the site is taking peoples money based on their reputation and stature, then failing to pay out players winnings. That they maintain their affiliation with FTP, in spite of this, reflects poorly upon their character. I guess it could be worse, they could be like hellmuth and annie duke and friends and associated with UB.

They're correct -- it is "unacceptable" that the e-check withdrawal proccess has degenerated to the point where they "cannot provide a concrete timeframe" for the funds to be recieved, cannot account for the whereabouts of the players' money or its status, and cannot adequately explain the delay. Their proposal to maintain a status-quo that they admit is unacceptable, for an indeterminant timeframe, says a lot about their committment to their customers.

Fulltilt should immediately return the "missing" withdrawals to their customers accounts, and should cancel the cashouts and work _quickly_ to find an acceptable way to get players' winnings to them. That would be acceptable.

I'm also waiting on a check that was approved 5/21.

Why did you deposit again before you got your cashout? Do you trust them that much that you'll eventually get your money?
It's possible that they're in financial trouble due to greed and corruption and have started delaying cashouts on purpose, first from U.S. players who are waiting on echecks. Next could be U.S. paper check awaiters. Then the rest of the world, before they scamper off into parts unknown with all our money. Not likely, but certainly possible.

What sucks is that I just moved. I just went to the DMV last friday to do the address change so I wont get my new ID for a couple weeks. On top of that, I just recently changed my addresses on all my bills (credit cards, utility, cellphone). So now I have to wait a whole billing cycle to get my statements with my new address.

So It'll be about a month or close to it before I can send in my documents to FTP and finally cashout. I'm hoping they dont completely take out bank transfers.

No, it's not a joke, why would something like this be a joke? Companies do that stuff all the time, running off with people's money, and nobody laughs when it happens.

btw, does anyone know if Ultraprepaid is still a means of withdrawing from full tilt? Or is this just another previous option that is no longer available?

You can check out the page here: http://w.fulltiltpoker.com/payUltraPrepaid.php

I doubt its still available. Its not an option on my cashier page. Also, if you go to that page you linked us to, click on "payment processing", it does not show ultra as an option. They must have not yet removed that ultra page off their site.

yes they are. and if you have their debit card then you can withdrawal up to ~$950 from an atm.

once cashier approves the withdrawal, the money is in your ultraprepaid account.

they say it can take up to 20 days to do an echeck...

FYI ultraprepaid, is owned by the same people who own NUCHARGE. Be careful.
