Hello all,
This is my first post, I usually post on other forums, I also posted this matter there but people told me I could better to to this forum, so now I'm here =].
I have recently recieved bad news concerning my FTP account.
When I was in a hotel in Prague, I tried to log in to my account on FTP, but it failed, stating 'The system cannot log you in. Please contact
loginsupport@fulltiltpoker.com for assistance.'
And so I did.
The reply I got shocked me,, It seems I'm guilty of fraudulent activity on Full Tilt Poker.
Now I know I have to share as much information as I possibly have regarding this, so I'll do my best now;
My roommate (let's call him person A) at Prague told me afterwards his account had been frozen, so that probably would be the reason why my account got frozen too. Just as me, another roommate, (person B), didn't know, so he logged in to FTP and got frozen too.
All the 3 of us sent a mail to FTP, A and B got their account back and they can simply play now.
But with me there seems to be a different situation..
I do play at different IP's because I travel alot and visit other friends of mine (who also sometimes play the same tournaments, for instance on Sunday's).
So yes, regarding IP adresses, and also since I have a brother who plays poker professionally too, I probably have some connections with players who play at the same IP and sometimes the same tournaments.
But, this has been going on since I started playing poker, and that's at least more than 2 years now, though I never had this kind of trouble..
I know quite a number of (high stake) players in the Pokerscene, so I transfer alot of funds to people (not only to people in my own country). The only other thing I can think of is 'contaminated funds/accounts'. As in: I transfer money to player C, player C transfers to D, and player D has done something wrong --> D gets his account banned or something, and in that way I am somehow related. Because I an somehow related, I am some kind of 'threat' to the integrity of FTP's site, so my account gets permabanned too..
Anyways, these are the only things I can think of which could relate to this subject, but again, I've been traveling, transferring, and playing everywhere for more than 2 years, so I don't really understand why I'm getting this now..
Could somebody help me somehow? Since I play alot of tournaments online, I really can't 'afford' not being able to play on FTP ever again..
Here's the e-mail's between me and FTP:

Hello Full Tilt Poker,
So let me get this straight.
Because of some unknown, vague reason, I am suddenly unable, and there is no possible way, to ever play at Full Tilt Poker again?!
Kind regards,

> I have got absolutely no clue what I could possibly have done wrong.
> Yes, I log in at same computers and IP adresses of friends of mine, but only the people who have got a clear record at FTP, they all use their account at least once every week.
> Offcourse, I transfer funds between accounts, but again, only to people I personally know and who play at FTP at least once every week.

> As far as I know, nobody has got the similar information on his or her account. Only my brother uses the same surname as mine of course but that's it.
