For the 1º time in my poker life im having problems with Pokerstars to cash out some money like i do everymonth.

I have 27 years, play poker for 2years and live with my parents but soon moving out.

I allready sent in the past documents showing that my account is legal, like ID and one bill to my adress with my name.

28 June i receive an email saying that my id e adress its old and i need to send new ones (late year 2010). So i have still the same ID and because i leave with my parents i dont have any bills (water,electricity, internet, etc). In the email they also say that i can send bank information or a credit card so i sent a print of my Mooneybookers credit card.

Not good enough because dont have my adress (lol) and not recent (again 2010).

So after beeing reject again i sent bank information with my name and a recent date but again that dont have my adress and its rejected again.

In the next email they say i can send some bills of my parents (because i still leave with them), recent and of that adress. I send a bill in my dad´s name with my adress and this month. ITS REJECTED AGAIN!!!

what can i do more?

Just keep trying to explain your situation and comply with their requests. They are just being overly cautious, I'm sure you will get this sorted out.

Most likely standard procedure or overly cautious. I cashed out 5k yesterday from them using moneybookers and I received them in a few hours as usual.

Did anyone else panic when reading the thread title before seeing it was totally standard?

Change thread title to "Pokerstars requests current ID for cashout" imo.

I was thinking the same thing. Change the title

pokerstars doesn't like people from countries who've been bailed out by the EU/IMF

Just go to your bank and ask for a bank statement that has the bank logo and your address on it. Problem solved.

Problem solved.. i sent an email saying how dumb they were because they said i could sent one bill with my father adress and they came to sense.

So now its all good. Thanks for the people who helped me.
