so for those that got the "we confirmed that your account is linked to one of the non-rakeback affiliates" e-mail when asking support, did any of you end up getting rb?

i got that e-mail, even though i didn't join through an affiliate (unless typing www.fulltiltpoker.com into firefox and going from there counts as using an affiliate), so i wonder how good my chances really are

Sent out the emails a few days ago and got my offer today. I'm gonna be making more in rakeback than at my part-time job lol.

I've had quite a few email exchanges with the affiliates group and they seem to be as ineffective as support. I supposed I pissed them off with my last email (from most recent to latest)

You can help me by giving me rakeback, in which I am fully entitled to.
You won't give me an option to 'buy out' my own account. You won't give
me an option to create a new account since it appears as if neither I
nor FTP own my account but rather this mysterious 'affiliate' that you
will refuse to disclose to me. I most definitely downloaded the client
from the hendon mob site but maybe had a cookie that a previous account
in my household created an account which may be excluded this account
from receiving rakeback. It's been over a year and I've given plenty of
business to ftp to be treated this way.

So now tell me if I really should go to a competing site since your
refusal of giving me any reasonable options. Also it does not help that
I've had withdrawal delayed longer than typically expected and that
customer support is lacking compared to other competing sites.

So. tell me when this account will be receiving rakeback. Thanks.

fee? i'd with to pay the initial flat fee to be released from my

each active month, then there's no reason why they can't offer rakeback.

b/c I have always felt I was a very loyal costumer, but I only play small stakes and micro stakes. Its been 1+ months since I got my requests recognized by FT, and still have not been added.

I play nl100 and got rakeback this month. I figure I've had an account on FTP for maybe two years or so, but I've only been playing any real volume for about the last nine months.

FWIW, it was about 6 weeks from when I sent the e-mail until I got invited and I e-mailed bonus@fulltiltpoker.com, admin@rakebackpros.com and PM'd FTPDoug. No telling which flipped the right switch.

I spoke with someone at rbpros and this is their response:

I have checked with Full Tilt Poker and it appears that you are attached to another affiliate therefore you will not receive rakeback from us. I have been told that Full Tilt Poker is going to start a new program for players like yourself that is similar to rakeback with even more benefits. I have added your name to the list of players to send them for this program. You will hopefully hear something from them in the next month or two.

I just got rakeback (no payments have come in yet but I have stats at rakebackpros).

I'm a casual low stakes player - mostly NL25. I play poker maybe 6-10 hours a week, about 1/2 the time on FTP.

I've had my account since about UIGEA.

When I saw this thread I sent an email to rakebackpros. They said they'd add me to the list and I eventually got the mail saying rakeback was available. It took several weeks at least.

I had this same questions and searched the Affiliates/Rakeback forum and found the answer:

FTP has until the 15th to pay affiliates, after which the affiliates pay you. The post said they normally pay between the 5th and 10th, so expect your payment in that timeframe.

I play part time nl100 & plo100 (about 25k hands per month on average)


I was given RB by FTP and RakeBackPros starting in Feb 2008 and so far (after the May payment) I have gotten ~ $2100 in RB. Nice little bankroll boost

I just received an e-mail out of the blue. I am a medium volume low and medium limit player, and was playing a lot on tilt until I realized just how truly stupid it was to do so w/o rakeback. So I stopped. Occasionally I get a $300 or $500 bonus offer, which really amounts to rakeback by another name. I play it off, or as much of it as I can, then I stop. I just logged off of tilt now, and the bonus expires today, so I won't get any more of it. Earned $540 off of it.

were you referred by an affiliate? If not, it's nothing special that u get rakeback. But what about those players like myself who are already referred by an affiliate? I think there is no help for us.
