FTP hasn't been balancing their checkbook for a while. The only part of their checking account they cared about were deposits. And as the money came in, they funneled it out to other places. I assure you that FTP has kept much closer tabs on the status of deposits than they have on the status of withdrawals.
They are now trying to figure out who is owed what, but they frankly will never figure it all out.
My guess is that this will eventually turn into multiple lawsuits, and FTP will go bankrupt rather than pay out the money they owe.
I assure you, the money is somewhere, but it is hidden in bank accounts throughout the world, in different company and people's names.
These guys are crooks. But then again, why would you think this was a legitimate business to begin with... These guys are gamblers that came up with a way to win on every bet made.
