Doug,

WHY IS RUN IT TWICE NOT ENABLED FOR CAP TABLES??? WE GO ALL IN LIKE EVERY 3 HANDS

And please, for the love of god, don't charge us double rake. That's such a scam

yah looks like it.

doug, charging extra rake is a huge joke.
by running it twice, you lower variance, and the fish stay at the games longer, and more rake is generated b/c games don't break up as fast. there is no reason to be charging extra rake on run it twice. running it twice does not change EV, so most players with a brain won't use it if it costs extra rake...

also, looks like that check box area on bottom left of table is gunna get crowded. is "fold to any bet" really used by many players?

also why can't i leave a table when I am in the middle of a hand or we. Like sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. (I think postflop I can). Can't we just leave and u auto muck our hand when action is to us?

5k for RSA = looks like a fair price.
not taking screenshots of our screens =
run it twice = (if no extra rake)

overall, good update.

I agree with ya here john, it is some good news, but hopefully they could get that RSA in week. I like how iron man's get a discount too.

Re: FTP Answers 10/15

dude, you guys, charging extra rake for running it twice is totally fine...full tilt's dealers have to do extra work, dealing two extra cards, and then splitting the pot. so they should be paid for that!

Re: FTP Answers 10/15

at high stakes, the rake hardly plays into the EV, and in fact who wouldn't want to pay a little bit for lower variance (besides zigg). (personally I wouldnt charge at high stakes, b/c those guys need preferential treatment)

but... at lower stakes, the rake is a very big part of the game. TBH, I am not sure I would pay 1/10 of a bb in juice for running it twice...

I don't understand your comment unless you are calling 50bb a short stack.

Man, I would love to have 2-3 shorts per table. WAY better than we have it now at 100NL+ FR.

I doubt anything below 5/10 is beatable with rake it twice.

Again, Stars offers 50BB minimum tables, and an enormous amount of them. It is incredibly easy to avoid shortstackers on Stars.

Re: FTP Answers 10/15

Doug,

The software seems much faster in switching tables after the update (maybe because of server restart, the code may not have changed) and this is causing problems for me sometimes because the table focus algorithm can get confused.

EG if I select an action very quickly on several tables in a row, the software doesn't realize that I've acted on one of the tables, and keeps stealing the focus to try to get me to act on that one (of course, there is no action to take, since I have already acted).

This makes me start timing out on other tables as I keep having to deal with the focus-stealing table.

I've slightly slowed down the amount of time I take to make a decision, which is a workaround for now, but not an ideal solution obviously.

Can you have the developers look into this please?

(I'm talking VERY fast action, like 5-6 decisions per second.)

Anyone else seeing this, please speak up also. Thanks.

Re: FTP Answers 10/15

Doug can you please make it so that when I am quitting my session and try and close out of my tables I don't have to click the popup button that comes up? It drives me nuts for no good reason but seems like it would be an easy fix. I'd like to just to be able to click the "x" and hit enter to close out.

So THAT'S what's causing it!

I have the same problem, it's "sticking" when I 12 table SNGs. Keeps going back to the table that I've already acted on until it has an action again at the table (the next hand, usually).

It's driving me absolutely insane. I guess I'll slow down, but it's still a pain in the butt. I do love how the table's are switching much faster though, so kudos on that. Just fix the "stickiness" if you can so the software recognizes that we've acted.

Edit: I posted about the issue here: https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...ng-ftp-608863/
