what was the punishment?

Tables still not popping up right, I got dealt 1 card that showed up at a table tonight

and worst of all

I emailed support other week about the multiple freezes that happened that night and they responded that they are sorry and with a link to see when it's up or down...that's it. They didn't say anything about the blinds I got cost a couple times, the hands I was in or raising in, etc. I emailed them back laughing at that joke of an email 2 days ago or so and no response yet. FTP at its finest

Jesus, consider executing everyone that is a significant contributor to software updates.

Every update, something goes wrong. This isn't just bad luck, is there a word worse than incompetent for this stuff? It's unbelievable, the software is unplayable imo for mass tablers.

+1 Ive only played 3 sessions since the update on FTP, and i could only 9 table. The software in unplayable for people who stack or cascade. I don;t understand how these updates keep getting released before they are ready.

I'm so smart that I tried 10-tabling and got so distracted that I F'd up two easy bubble decisions. To extend my >5000 STT downswing even further.

I haven't closed FT for a couple days and haven't downloaded the new update yet. Does it actually make it WORSE then it is now?? That would be pretty hard to do. Should I just not bother downloading the newest version yet?

you mustve DL'd the new version. I believe it was last tuesday after a server restart.

That could actually be a pretty good strategy. If by chance FTP releases a stable version without too much bugs, please FTPDoug tell us when the following update will be done. Then we can just let the client open and not download the new version and have to deal with all the new bugs implemented.

Or maybe the server restart forces us to close the client

Is it possible to have more bugs on this software? The autopost button isnt even in display and when the 3 blue box options to begin a game pop up theres is no text on them, just a solid blue box, the join waiting list is also just a solid blue box. I've also had a problem with viewing 4 cards instead of 2 in hold em games, they're the same card twice fwiw not 4 seperate cards. There are so many bugs with the software atm I can't even attempt to play as its massively -EV.

Sorry Doug your trying hard and all but this needs sorting asap or I'm cashing out and moving to Stars.


Edit, Ive just attempted to play and the options boxes for call check or raise are solid blue too, Ive shut down the app. and reloaded it but same problem. The software is just unplayable in this form.

I haven't closed the client since Friday I believe, so I thought that there was another update over the weekend. Do all software changes only become implemented after a server reset?

people who r experiencing these problems are people who stack or cascade there tables. If you're tiling then it shouldnt be a problem for you, since you dont need the table to pop up when you need it to

yes it does. FT goes unconnected for an hour or so, then when you log back in, you are prompted to update.

Yes, but I cannot see any cashier buttons or check-boxes for blinds etc. There are also no buttons/boxes available until it is my turn to act. However, the table stick issue appears to have been solved. Can anybody else verify that they have the same issues as me in regards to the things I just specified??

Please add an option to automatically start your time bank when your 15 seconds expire. Or, at the very least, a checkbox that will automatically start your time bank if you have anything invested in the pot (from blinds, previous bets, etc.)

could you find a way in which i can give players notes in the hand history box or in the sng/mtt lobby

+1, the point of a time bank is because you need more time to think about a decision, not so you can mass table and slow the games down, if you can't handle mass tabling without timing out, then play a few less tables!
