I basically have no shot at SNE but the problems at FTP with SS's, table focus and cashouts are driving me bonkers.

still mind blowing that ftp support takes 1-2 weeks to answer a q, should be at least 48 hrs.. is it that fkn hard?

Is this because:

1. They don't have enough support staff to handle the volume of e-mails?

2. Their support isn't trained well enough to properly answer e-mails and thus waste a ton of time researching for answers they should just know?

or

3. FTP has sufficient support staff who are knowledgeable but FTP Doesn't give a flying **** about any of its customers and that's why it takes 1-2 weeks to answer a Question that should be answered within 48 hours max.

the end of the year really isn't that bad of a time to move to stars guys

low stakes games are super soft during the holidays in my experience (mid and high stakes SNGs kinda suck tho with everyone cramming in SN and SNE)

might as well start the new year as a platinum star as well

He almost never replies to any of the posts in a thread.

Eventually he just makes a new thread after a few weeks and answers everything in there. I'm guessing he'll make a new thread on 10/29 or about then.

and Yes 45 man turbo sngs would be A+++ and I'd def play them.

Real simple response.

Your Bug/Devp team just spent a bunch of time coding it in RUN IT TWICE, but we don't yet have RSA, working multi tables, a customer service team which responds in a timely manner, etc.

Can we get the scroll wheel option set up so I only need to have my cursor over the table to use it? It would be so much better then the way it is now and its not like we use the scroll wheel for anything else.

Just put in my first session since the update and the table poping up problem **** all over what would have been an enjoyable time playing poker. Im going to stars until this crap is fixed.
