Hello guys,

I made a request for a cashout through the direct bank transfer from pokerstars for 999$.(to Deutsche Bank Germany branch)

I made the request on 27 June, and I have not received it yet.
I sent and received around 30 emails, but they could not solve the problem.
They sent me a screenshot which shows that they have sent the money.
I think %99 percent, the money is stuck between the intermediary bank.


They told me to contact my bank, but my bank says that, they can not investigate this solution, ( they say that the investigation could be started at the senders bank)

All the time, PokerStars Customer support says that, they are contacting their processor, but still no solution.

I asked to recall the transcation, but I get the same automated message most of the times=)

I do not know what to do.
If anybody has some ideas, I would be really glad.
