I like how the letter to you is to an account different than your 2+2 user name, and that email lists your 2+2 user name as one of the Pokerstars accounts linked to whatever account you wrote in about with your sleep issue. You may have wanted to think that over and created a 2+2 account with your 9th Pokerstars account name (to post this) as that is the one linked to the other 8, including the PLOYOLOCO one. Who knows, perhaps your 10th account will be the special one? No doubt you will test it out at some point.

All the best.

So your user name is ployoloco, but you have no association with the user name account PLOYOLOCO? Seems strange.

Usernames are not case sensitive on stars, hence why you only see KidPoker and not 255 other variations

They prolly sent the same e-mail to all 8 supposed account-holders. It's easier to list all 8 as against changing one SN each time, especially as they no doubt expected the same guy to receive them all.

I will still take the over on it being someone creating a ton of accounts for repetitions of some minimal free new player stuff that forgot which alias he was posting under. Regardless, odds are we will never hear from him again. Perhaps he went to sleep.

Well, good choice doing frequent swaps with a person with 8 Pokerstars accounts, especially since you knew about that, and I assume did trades with a bunch of them. I would ask what you think would happen, but I sense that thought was never really part of the equation on your choice.

All the best.

I’m not sure he had 8 accounts Until now that this happened i normally message him he sends i check balance it goes up and i send bitcoin never really thought i should check his username but if that’s how it goes i understand I’ll play elsewhere just sucks

You had very bad transfer sex, and these are the consequences. Even if you are innocent of intent, and you are certainly clueless enough to make a valid case of that, the fact is you behaved in a way that was a duplicate of how someone who does fraud would behave, and that is why Stars said get lost to you.

If you had a single transfer to that guy (one of his accounts) then very likely nothing would have happened, but you likely thought you could do anything with your account without consequences, and in 2019 that is not how the world works with regard to moving money around online. Welcome to the 21st century, and it will be one where you no longer have a Pokerstars account.

All the best.

You can complain about that or instead take some actual responsibility for your own actions, and the lack of any common sense behind them. While the latter will not get your Pokerstars account back, it would help you navigate future obviously shady situations in the future in a better way.

All the best.

You did money transfers with someone that had at least 7 different accounts. Stars doesn't allow money-laundering or multi-accounting. I think it's highly unlikely you will get your account re-opened.

They are banning me “for” according to them abusing promotional offers ... i do not have any promotional offers nor have i ever claimed any promotional offer like deposit bonus or whatever
The fact that i am recognizing some of the usernames is me tracing the steps
I had no reason to investigate what account the money is coming from until now i will deff Pay attention in the future but to ban me as say i abused promotional offer cannot be justified if i did notice someone was potentially multi accounting and notified stars maybe it would of helped but they state i am banned for a totally different reason
It would help if i could get some help from someone from PokerStars i think everyone wants to believe i deserve to be banned but everyone is stating a reason different from PokerStars reason
Didn’t think i would get this kind of reaction from 2p2 was thinking this would be a more supportive and helpful source i appreciate you guys taking the time to let me know that i deserve to be banned

Is there another email you haven't posted? Because the one you posted says nothing about promotions.

While it's easy to say it's one guy (or group of guys) passing chips/transferring as needed between accounts to abuse promotions, do Stars even have promotions to abuse nowadays?

Yes i am sorry here it is and thank you for at least hearing me out :

Hello Alexis,
During our investigation of your account activity, we found that you have created or used the following accounts:

rebird55
suntzuch
trinityhood
rotchak47
uktttvr
ostro7
risky12912
PLOYOLOCO

It was evident from our review that the purpose of these accounts was not to use the site to play, but rather to abuse our promotional offerings by receiving multiple bonus credits.

The Terms of Service which you agreed to abide by when you opened your Stars Account, in particular section 5 under 'Prohibited Uses', state that:

5.9. In the event that Rational Group deems that a User has engaged or attempted to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while using the Service, including without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth in this clause 5 or any other game manipulation, or the making of any fraudulent payment, including without limitation, use of a stolen credit card or fraudulent chargeback or money laundering, Rational Group shall be entitled to take such action as it sees fit, including, but not limited to:

a. immediately blocking a User's access to the Service;

b. terminating a User's account with Rational Group;

c. seizing the funds within a User's account;

d. disclosing such information (including the identity of the User) to financial institutions, relevant authorities and/or any person or entity that has

the legal right to such information; and/or

e. taking legal action against a User.

Please refer to the link below for more information on our Terms of Service:

http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/tos/

As a result, the decision was made to exclude you from accessing our site again. We do not take these actions lightly and any such decision is reviewed by a senior member of the team who, after looking at the evidence, agreed that this was necessary and appropriate.

The integrity of our site is our primary concern and it is regrettable that such action is necessary. We take security very seriously and will do everything we can to protect the integrity of our games.

Again, we remind you to not attempt to circumvent these restrictions; any further accounts you attempt to use or create will also be closed, and any funds within them may be subject to seizure.

This is my interaction with whoever is behind trinityhood pokerstars account.

This Skype account live:gofefele
Randomly msg'd me. I believe they got my skype ID from 2p2, i made some posts in HSNL trade thread and gave out my skype ID to a few people. I cannot confirm 100% which 2p2 account is the scammer because of this, but this is the interaction anyway. His Screenname at the time was Leo Messi, however they always changing the Screennames on Skype.

I check and yes the money is in my pokerstars account

Next image is my conversation with Canuckage, edited to hide his name.

Please be careful of doing these trades where they send first on pokerstars, chances are in this case that it is stolen/fraudulent funds.

Please be careful also if these pokerstars accounts send you money in a trade

'balaenoid'
'omimija33'
'spherulite'
'searcherlike'

I believe these 5 accounts are all the same type of scam. I emailed pokerstars to investigate those 4 last accounts, they said they will look into it but obv never tell me what the results are.

These scammers are quite clever, they will refresh your 2p2 profile to see when you are viewing private messages, then immediately send you a PM on skype with screenname impersonating who they think just PM you on 2p2. They will constantly change their screennames on skype impersonating 2p2 users.
