ACR is on .eu to avoid any of that, the .com exists but is not active and redirects to the .eu - Doyles was on .ag before though after Blue Monday and no money was frozen, just the .com domains were seized and two Yatahay bookies ceased to exist.

The Free Parking page should be working for everyone now. Please let me know if it isn't for anybody.

We don't throw all of the information on our website or forums, but when you request a payout you can get all the information you need. We do have to be careful with what we let out, this is a lesson that we all have learned the hard way.

Yes, we have a player to player transfer option. Go to my account/details and you can find the player to player transfer option in the left hand menu.

The easiest way to deposit depends on a few factors. Please contact support@americascardroom.eu and they will tell you what is the best option for you.

@ ACR Rep:

Hi, I live in SC and have a Green Card. Will I get in trouble if I play on your site or not? Can I use my credit card to deposit money or is that against the law?

It seemingly IS illegal to play at a "roley poley" table in an "outhouse" in South Carolina.

You might want to check with a local attorney..

Has Holdem Manager ever worked with the Yatahay network? I was under the impression that it wasn't supported (though I wish it were).

Nope, only PT3 ... funny though that HEM still lists that it does support AP, UB and FTP.

Seen these commercials all night watching the wsop. ACR is on the move! With the cashout nonsense over on Merge I'm about to make the switch over here

Saw commercials all over ESPN for Americas Cardroom. Haven't seen online poker commercials on tv in quite some time that wasn't subscription based. How many players are on the network during peak times?

Yes and no. Was that answer specific enough? If you gamble online in the US, you can always get in trouble ... if you want to know more in depth about this topic, ask your local attorneys.

P.S. I hope you are not asking this question on purpose.

Do you honestly expect an ACR rep to be well-versed in the gaming laws of South Carolina? I think the above poster made a great suggestion, if you're concerned about it then talk to those in your area who are qualified to speak on behalf of your governing body.

I made that comment because I asked twice already and got no response from the ACR guy. I guess I'll wait until they finally figure something out and make it legal again. Should only be a matter of years, right?

Well, crazy thought. If you are offering a product in a certain area and it might be illegal for your costumers to use it, you kind of should know about it.

I highly doubt you will receive an answer from the ACR guy ... I highlighted the important part in bold.

It is your own responsibility to check that yourself as well though.

Which I was doing by asking a representative of the company.

You really expect that a site is going to give you a definitive answer about the legality of poker where you live, and thus open themselves up to liability if their legal interpretation proves to be wrong? Not going to happen if the poker site's legal department has a clue IMO.

In general if you have to question if something is illegal, you should generally go to a lawyer right away. Depending on some random representative isn't a smart idea unless you have some type of binding legal contract that says the representative said this, and still it would have to be a hella good contract.

Besides what if the rep says yes, and laws change tomorrow. Those are the things that lawyers are good for. Thus why everyone is recommending one.

[x] This.

P.S. Over the next few days you will probably not see the Reps in here as often, since the Punta Cana Classic is taking place from November 8th - 13th.P.S.

There's a pretty good amount of action on medium and low stakes tables (6-10 tables usually). The major tourneys on the weekends can field 400+ players. Most of the tourneys during the day have less than 100 or even 50 players. There's a $25 buy in 4k guaranteed at the end of every day that is pretty decent and normally fields around 200 players.
