When you have to shut down free rolls and take them off the board to keep your site from crashing I'd say there is a problem .

Their servers handled a whole freaking FREEROLL SERIES.. It should not be a problem with their hardware.

UPDATE: I did receive an email from ACR asking to provide more details as to when I contacted them. I responded with the best information I could provide. Do you think they do this to everyone? I know at the very least they have a record of when I called...

And to whoever doubted me above, yes this is a real post. No, I am not sure I won the 200k guarantee. And i'm probably not even a winning online player on top of that, so i'm not here as a job.

But to be honest, there is a good chance I did, there is no way for me to figure it out without their help, and they refuse to even converse about the situation, even though they acknowledge that I was online and playing during that time and their software shut down. So no, I will not be playing with ACR anymore.

Another thing that I noticed when thinking about it. The first question he asked me was did you play the tournament. Now that I think about it, I'll bet he asked that to see if I should have been refunded anything in case I got knocked out before the crash. Its simply a corrupt deal. And even more, if I was trying to run a long term profitable business, I wouldn't treat any customer the way these guys have treated me. Forget about the software problems. They just really do not care. The checks keep rolling in. And I think we are all forgetting what it was like to have a good rapport with the PIT boss. This ****'s sposed to be fun

Anyone have any tips on dealing with the new lobby? Hard/Impossible to see which tables I'm already at and so it's a nightmare when trying to figure out if there are new tables that came up that I usually want to sit due to lack of volume during the times I play.

You really need to PM TD. Customer service is filled with taterheads. You dont have PM ability yet, but I can reach out to him for you, but need player name and more details I'd you are comfortable publicizing them.

Ya I was on here years ago, and just joined today again re this issue. Any help is appreciated. I like the platform, never been kicked out of tourney in thousands of hours of play, and there is plenty of action for me. So hoping this works out for the best.

He doesn't follow this thread anymore, due to drama. I can reach out to him for you, but he will ask for player name, game, etc....if you're on a computer, try reporting this response and maybe a mod will give you PM privileges. Otherwise, have to wait until they give you the nod. Its done when they see you're a real poster and not some bot or headcase.

I have no problem giving you the info if you can pass along. I even have the email I sent to support@americascardroom.eu on Friday afternoon. Ya forgot about the email, so 3 chats, 3 phone calls, and email. Unresponsive response.

I think I have been pretty patient, and again it's all good as long as it gets resolved.

Hello, I just made this account because I have tried to contact live chat more than 2 weeks now and they cant help me with the rakeback issues. I switched to rakeback on August 5th and when I click rewards, I can see the rakeback now, but when I click on it I get a message that says "It's not you, it's us." "We're experiencing an internal server problem." "Please try again later or contact support." Not only is the rakeback not visible, but I have not been paid my rakeback at all. Two of the 5 live agents said they were going to escalate it to their supervisors and talk to the IT department, but they left me hanging. Please help me Winning TD. I saw there were around 6 1 seat hyper satellites to a $1000+$50 PLO event. The details said it was to a $50k $1000+$50 on Wednesday’s AND Thursdays. Does anyone have any info or articles regarding this tournament? It’s not on the schedule and none of the satellites actually had enough people to start.

Despite the soft games, I split on Bovada because of awful software, and put 100% of my action on PPP. I only follow this thread to see if it'll ever get better so I can attempt to play here and it's pretty entertaining. I'm not saying the options are ideal or good, but WPN doesn't have a monopoly.

tbc, I wasn't encouraging rakeback whoring, it just seems like that's what HOG (and lots of others) do.

Though, I do feel for you tourney guys since surely Bonition and ACR have the best ev out there. Not sure what i'd be thinking if I were in a pro MTTers shoes. Probably looking to leave America.

Are there any updates about the Rakeback on Pokerking?
Its over 3 month now that they didnt pay 1$ RB...

I read here that other skins already got Rakeback is that correct?

Rakeback is completely broken. Some people are getting it, some of those getting it are receiving incorrect amount, some people are not getting it. You need to talk to support and hopefully get a competent one. They will probably manually calculate it for you and add it to your balance, but don't expect any kind of automated payment tracking, or any proof that you are receiving your fair share of it.

If you signed up around the software update through a rakeback affiliate, you are likely not even registered for rakeback. You are still probably on the default VIP program. I signed up with rakeback during the software upgrade and emailed support about once every week to make sure I would be on the rakeback plan when the software is done upgrading. Months later when people begin receiving rakeback, they tell me I'm on the VIP plan. This means their rakeback tracking has already been ****ed completely since the beginning of the update. They are trying to backtrack it manually, but their hand history system is also completely ****ed, so they can't even determine accurate rake. This on top of table freezing and money getting stuck, I doubt support can actually do much with all the missing/lost records. They are 100% lying when they claim that everything is being tracked. It's all ****ed and the developers they hired are too stupid to solve it or simply don't care.

Never mind, they already fixed my rakeback screen for me this morning. They also paid me my rakeback to in the financial history page.
