this is a quote from an email i received on July 13th , inviting me to play in the venom , ( for free ) . It also has my PP balance showing (correct to pre update ) .

this is from their newsletter , so look for it in your inboxes if you want proof of how much you had before may 20th .

My points are way off. Of course like others have mentioned already since ACR can't even write hand histories anymore I can't know for sure how much they are trying to cheat me out of. Assuming they eventually do pay the correct amount of points I'm actually pleasantly surprised that it only took a little over two weeks after the venom hit the guarantee for them to pay out most of the funds.

Bot situation has gotten so bad I am considering giving up completely on WPN. Bots are going nowhere at PLO cash, ever. I doubt anyone will be paid a cent for their funds being withheld three months.

Wow how generous, free! I also noticed that they had the correct pre-update point total in that email, my points are higher than pre-update but not correct.

I contacted Live Chat to have my points converted to cash in my account and when they made the manual conversion the cash was about 20% more than the number of points that were showing on my cashier page. Don't know if that will be the same for everyone but just wanted to share my experience. Once I contacted them it only took about 5 minutes to have the $ put into my account

Maybe this is a way to try to force people to do a worse conversion rate by making them believe they have less points. Of course the conversion rates aren't even shown on the client, which is probably one of the sick upgraded features.

Also, why the fruit are the pot chips still right on top of the board? Three ring circus.

How does one cash out BTC to a checking account from Coinbase? Do I have to convert it to USD first? This looks like it will be an expensive transaction.

I'm having issues with Geolocator on WSOP and they can not help. So right now I can not play on there and there is no help coming from support. So it's ACR or Global and with all of it's flaws I still prefer ACR.

Has anyone else gone through their security team wringer? I sent them a picture of myself with my drivers license and some other things but my account has still been suspended for a week while they're processing it. Now they are unlocking it for 48 hours so I can record a RL video of myself playing for 90 minutes, I guess with my phone or something? B/c I don't even own a webcam. I don't wanna play with bots as much as the next guy but this whole thing seems ****ing nuts to me.

I'll take a wild guess that he means a picture with his drivers licence (picture of him holding it), and that they didn't tell him why, but it would of course be to confirm his identity.

You know what, if it helps rid the sites of bots then I am all in. I'll have no problem doing it. Whatever it takes.

I'm not saying all of the other issues are ok, it's ridiculous this "update" is still having bugs worked out but this botting thing has to be dealt with.

I went through the same process. I didn't have a webcam either so bought one, recorded my play. My account was cleared not long after I sent in the video.

ACR charged my credit card $197 while I was in Mexico on vacation. Incase you needed your 100th reason to quit playing for this garbage company.

Points converted at a higher % than I though. Still about ~$150 off from what I thought it should be but I’m just moving on and writing it off.

So are the points now being tracked daily again? Or will we have to wait months again for the next installment?

Yes, you have to contact customer service and they do it manually. I used Live Chat and it went fairly quickly and it only took about 5 minutes for the funds to show up in my account once they told me it was being processed

No, they calculated the points up to the end of July. The August points aren't being tracked automatically right now. I think they said that is still about 2 weeks away
