ACR question,

I've seen a bunch of 100GTD freerolls all spread within 10mins apart. Is this new or has it been going on for awhile?
I've been playing at a different timezone only yesterday then i notice this.

They've been going on for a couple days now. I think ACR thinks that a few $100 freeroll donk fests will make everyone forget about the hundreds of thousands of dollars that players are owed for VIP Loyalty Rewards

Update. At this time it's been 14 hours since I've sent them the email with their requested information. I never got a response. I just contacted live chat and the person claims they did not recieve an email from me. So I sent another email and live chat says it takes atleast 30minutes to recieve the email...

is it probably safe to say if we win another last minute ticket in a satty today (and it goes unused) it can be used for the next venom coming up?

Had a Live Chat with support last night... First guy I chatted with, said that the bonus percentage, would be updated for me in 5-10 minutes... Two hours later it wasn't... So I had another Live Chat with a different support person and he said it would be updated in 10-20 minutes.

I let him know, I already had this conversation before (and was given the same spiel) and nothing was updated. He had me wait, while he tried to rush my request through. After about 10 minutes, he confirmed it was entered in the computer and it would take another 10 minutes to show up...

More than 4 hours later... It's still not updated.

The only question is, when do I go for it a third time?

What happens if i win a venom ticket but i am also playing the venom at the same time?
I am playing venom 100% and likely from the start, but i also want to play the satellites , if i win tickets there , do they just become useless if not used because my original entry makes it through?

I guess tables freezing and disconnecting is a every day thing now?

Played a couple thousand hands yesterday and actually didn't experience a single disconnect or hang up, much to my relief. First time since current software launch.

Bad news, apparently. I made mention of this a couple of days ago because even though I am 6-tabling 25 and 50NL 6 max and have raked about 400 dollars in 14,000 hands according to my rakeback page, I've only managed to score 418 points out of 3600 toward unlocking my full $150 bonus. Simple math means I'll need to play well more than 100,000 hands at my level to clear the bonus, which will not be possible. AT your level, you'll need 5-10x that amount... Since this doesn't appear unusual to anyone here, I guess that means the joke was on us when we re-loaded.

I spoke to support yesterday because this was happening to me also. They said if I wait a few days it will all catch up. I dont believe them at all but thats what they said.

I intended to play MOSS but i see the problems haven't been quite worked out yet so looks like i'm gonna pass until it all gets smoothed out. I feel by continuing to play with bugs doesn't encourage them to fix the bugs

I spoke to support on day 2 because I was astonished at having played so much and only gaining about 2% progress, and I was told it's correct. They sent me a spreadsheet which was completely useless and showed that I was earning like .001 points per hand... I think. I couldn't really tell because there were no labels or info anywhere, just a jumble of numbers and hand numbers.

We're ****ed.

My 24 hour update on my account being suspended. Still no responses to my 2 emails I sent. However they sent me a feedback email to rate support.

There Is no definite reason to why my account is suspended accept for what I can base on the questions they sent me. My assumption is because over the past couple of weeks I've played on hotel wifi and phone mobile hotspot.

I only re-bought for $50; so I'm only due $25... Yeah, it's difficult/near impossible, to clear any bonus these days...

On the plus side, when I looked this morning my bonus had increased 1%; it doesn't seem right, that I went from +8% (first two days) to +1% the next two days, as I put in a decent amount of hands...

On the plus side, rakeback has increased-seemingly about where it should be.
