Their sportsbook was down during the NBA finals and I'm sure they also bring in a fair bit of profit from their casino which has also been down. It's hard to believe that they would purposely have both these two parts of their client deliberately removed or delayed until after the Venom. It's possible it's deliberate with the rakeback/promotions but more likely just part of their incompetence in the matter. Also, I must reiterate that they have always done a solid job with deposits/withdrawals on their site and they seem to continually be doing so all throughout the process of this beta test software clusterf**k.
That's the real issue here and why I removed my funds from their site. Somebody brought it up in another post but they have just shown an extreme lack of competence in the roll out of this "new" software and handled it extremely poorly throughout. They deserve some credit for their past performance in being efficient with deposit/withdrawals of their customer's funds but considering the greyer area in which their site works in(accepting US players)etc, their prior track record with the bots on their site, and the way they are handling this software update they don't deserve the support of their customers in their current state.
They are like a friend that you know messes around in some shady places but has always paid their debts in the past but right now they are going off the rails. Best to just not support that friend right now with any money and hope they get the help they need to fix their issues. That is sort of how I feel about WPN right now.
