From update page, it looks like June 20th is the next round of tiny fixes for a massive problem. But no date for RB. They need to man up, put a status date for rackback and use Nagy's salary to hire however many people necessary to meet deadline.

So...... when should we expect rakeback/VIP rewards? Or is WPN feeding us BS still? Over a month now.............. Ridiculous or nah?

This being unaddressed when asked dozens times indicates they do not know. Not being able to answer the question doesn't indicate they have no intention on handling it when they can. It's pointless to keep asking a question they do not have an answer for. They aren't waiting on the 187th time it's asked to finally answer.

Yes they sent me email with random questions about ip changes and my last deposit. They are just playing games ive withdrawn 5 times. Account has been blocked from withdraw twice in 24 hours.

In the process of withdrawing my whole balance on the site (in chunks) via BTC. Haven't had any problems besides not receiving the email.

Yeah, I never had any issues with my withdrawals other than them taking a bit longer than they said they would. My final withdrawal today (after Winning's 'stop whining or just stop playing on our site' post), it went through faster than ever. Just a few hours and I had it.

Daisy, if you had read what I spent a good ten minutes or so typing out you would see that I indeed did try to help you.

Don't worry about the thousands of dollars in rakeback and prizes that WPN is holding hostage indefinitely, they are using it to go on luxurious vactions with it. Funny enough this is exactly what lock poker did when they exit scammed. They threw massive parties (live cage debauchery/degeneracy) and lived extravagantly with player funds and just stopped paying out. This seems to be a common ruse that ponzi schemes and frauds use right at the end to instill confidence in their solvency (eg, bitconnect). Paying out withdrawals does not prove solvency. Bitconnect promoters always emphasized how they always paid out. They are absolutely not paying out hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in rakeback and prizes for an enntire month with no end in site. They are not paying out. The jig may indeed be up.

My theory is quite a bit less dire. I think it is some sort of hedge against the Venom performing poorly.

While still raking all the games at the same rake, they are withholding all payouts for rakeback/VIP and leaderboards. This surely leaves them with significantly more money on hand than usual (although volume of play seems way down at my usual stakes that I've been monitoring).

Something tells me if they take a bath on Venom, it will be a sad bit of news that its going to be many more months before they are able to figure out the super complicated task of displaying rakeback and leaderboards. However, if Venom does well, I think they will magically have it all up and ready to go within a few weeks after.

I just refuse to believe that they could decide to launch an update without any possible idea how long it would take them to re-implement these critical promotions that have been on their site forever now. I think it was calculated...and honestly quite cruel to regulars who rely on those promotions to pay their bills. Their complete lack of empathy or assurance to their customers outside of "someday it will be fixed" and "if it is such a big deal, just stop playing," have been incredibly obnoxious, to top off their ineptitude with the public beta test when there were so many other better options.

Simply, I just think it is much too big of a coincidence that one of the few things that they can't possibly give any timetable for, happens to benefit them the most financially at the expense of the players.

I agree that it is overwhelmingly likely that this was deliberately decided which is why I am so outraged. For whatver reason they made the decision that players do not deserve those funds, they do. It will be impossible to trust anything WPN says in the future given this massive breach of trust.

I'd bet my life nothing significant is going to be added in that "update". Blitz guaranteed will not be back, rakeback is probably 4-6 months away if I had to estimate.

I’ll give you 2:1 that rakeback is back within 60 days.

Their sportsbook was down during the NBA finals and I'm sure they also bring in a fair bit of profit from their casino which has also been down. It's hard to believe that they would purposely have both these two parts of their client deliberately removed or delayed until after the Venom. It's possible it's deliberate with the rakeback/promotions but more likely just part of their incompetence in the matter. Also, I must reiterate that they have always done a solid job with deposits/withdrawals on their site and they seem to continually be doing so all throughout the process of this beta test software clusterf**k.

That's the real issue here and why I removed my funds from their site. Somebody brought it up in another post but they have just shown an extreme lack of competence in the roll out of this "new" software and handled it extremely poorly throughout. They deserve some credit for their past performance in being efficient with deposit/withdrawals of their customer's funds but considering the greyer area in which their site works in(accepting US players)etc, their prior track record with the bots on their site, and the way they are handling this software update they don't deserve the support of their customers in their current state.

They are like a friend that you know messes around in some shady places but has always paid their debts in the past but right now they are going off the rails. Best to just not support that friend right now with any money and hope they get the help they need to fix their issues. That is sort of how I feel about WPN right now.

No one has said, "I'm pulling all my money off because it is Thursday." What players have said is they are pulling their money off because of the incredible combination of events. There is no visible record of what is owed. The is no timeline to repay. WPN executives don't seem to be forgoing their salaries during this crisis. While player are owed money, WPN is partying on a live stream at The Cage. The WPN 2+2 rep is a passive aggressive double talker. Even though the software doesn't work WPN is sending out emails telling people to check out their amazing software. The software has bugs so serious players are losing serious money/equity. They have SNG bugs. They have MTT bugs. They have cash game bugs. And on and on.

With Bitcoin it is so easy to withdrawal. The moment a poker site breaks even a few of the rules above it makes a lot of sense to withdraw. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
