Waiting forever at fast poker? Any change could cause other problems. It would be brutal from a rake perspective to be constantly playing 3 or 4 handed even with a pool of 10 for example. I would rather play 6 handed with a pool of 6 or more. Don't get us rake crushed. Any method of play with a pool of less than 6 is ok with me.

Change could cause problems true, but waiting for 6 people in a small pool I still feel is a bit much. Also, rake is adjusted when it is 3 handed or lower. I do understand your view of rake effecting it, but even if it hit 5 handed, that is a huge difference in wait time. The purpose of blitz is to be fast. 4 handed with a small pool of 10 honestly is fine in my opinion.

I guess it will be different when the site does have the normal traffic, so we will see how it is then, but just a thought.

Only half the time I go to log in is my username/password recognized as correct and even when I can log in, it shows literally zero players at any cash game tables. Anyone else not seeing any games running?

Woke up this morning to find that ACR has been wiped off my computer, uninstalled itself somehow lol. Last night was able to login and play a few hands of blitz. This is crazy.

I'm finally logged in, but it's very lonely. Barely anyone else is haha.

edit: scratch that. randomly logged out and can't get in. to be honest, it's all quite expected so I'm not really that wound up about it. It would be crazy to think it would all run smoothly.

Uninstall, then go into your C drive and delete the americas cardroom folder and anything else you see that says americas cardroom, then download and install is what worked for me.....but you might as well wait cause there a ton of issues still its just a headache

Releasing software that’s no ready is a no no.

Releasing software that’s tied to people’s money that isn’t ready should be an offense.

WPN has had all of my action for years. If I am unable to play high volume anymore they will lose my business, bots or not. Up until last night I had no issues with the software besides the freezing a couple times a week and rare min bet glitch Suffice it to say I am unhappy with this steaming pile of garbage they have served up. But at least we'll have progressive bounties!

There will almost always be bugs with a new launch, it's inevitable. Unless you have a controlled test environment, which still won't catch everything, we will just have to be guinea pigs until they get everything working.

I wonder if they can roll it back to the previous version, fix the major bugs(like logging in), and then relaunch.

Uninstalled BCP and deleted everything manually left behind but still get error when installing. ACR will install fine.

Just had to run as admin and it loaded. Of course now it says password and stuff is wrong.

Was just told by live chat blitz should be available on mobile in a couple of hours give or take some, all games to be available on mobile by end of year is there aim the guy said. They also said Sportsbet should be on mobile when mobile gets back up, I believe the development team for mobile is seperate from the main site development team.

uninstalled, then installed last night. Played about an hour on Blitz, it was slower then expected, but okay. It also kept on minimizing window. Wouldn't let me log on this morning then it did, and played about 30 min. Only .01/.02 last night .05/.10. There are very few players logged on. Now it wont let me log on. I think its gonna be awhile.

I can’t play till Thursday kind of glad hopefully all the bugs are worked out. It was almost expected with who we are dealing with that the update would not be 100% error free on the 20th.

But still glad we are getting some change.

ACR, as usual, was in a no win situation here.

Delay the release a few times? People complain. Finally release and there will obviously be kinks that they have to work out? People complain.

Did anyone expect a brand new release to go perfect immediately? Seriously people, the constant crying is getting out of hand. They were better off giving access to a select number of people for 24-36 hours while they work things out and release it to everyone tonight or tomorrow.

Shout out to ACR staff who are at the least working hard with no rest since yesterday to give us poker to play.

They are a little incentivized being a for profit institution and all. lol. I think people are posting the stuff they see so ACR can know because they apparently weren't aware of it when they released it.
