I would use the $600 ticket when you can - We will have very big GTD seat sats that you can use those tickets closer to the actual venom!

I have been having a real issue with this site, wondering if anyone can help. I legit can't log in from my computer. I enter my email and my password, and it tells me the password is a "bad gateway" I am 100% sure my password is correct and I have updated it about 100 times trying to resolve this issue. I have also done the "live help" thing and they have been literally incompetent. They have had me reset my password dozens of times even though it could not be more clear that is not the issue. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software.

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anybody know anything I can do. The crazy part is, and this shows it is not my fault, is I can log in on my phone! Just not on my computer or my wifes laptop. Any advice?

You get an error code with that? 500# usually. Check firewall/antivirus and make sure it's an approved connection. A recent update of files may have triggered a block by your computer's protective software.

Is there a way to disable the blackjack and beastpoints ticker on the top of every table? Previously there was afaik, but with the newest update, I don't see any option to in table settings. I am on ACR.

I would like to echo rodgers complaints on the structure of these PLO8 on demands. I used to grind the $7 and $15 when I had trouble getting enough cash action and I refuse to play them with the current structure. Antes don't belong in plo8 tournaments and sitngos.

It doesn't matter what I seem to do, uninstall, reinstall, delete all temp folders, delete all previous folders, etc.. I haven't had this problem since the beginning of last year.
I post here, because, although it is extremely distracting - closing the client , reopening it, rinsing and repeating - it is far easier than telling the story to customer service (not a shot at them, just the truth).

If too many actions are performed at once this will happen and sometimes if no actions are performed this will happen ; and it's hell trying to get back into a tournament that you've already sunk money into and then are not afforded a chance to rebuy.

You cropped out the number of hands. It doesn't look like very many tbh. Also looks like only ~25% of your losses are from running below EV in all-in spots.

Just won my 3rd ticket to the OSS main through these 8 seat guarantee's that have been running. My 2nd one was converted to T$, but this one is now a ticket that I really cannot use for much. Is there any reason I was not given T$?

I agree that antes are not a good idea in PLO8 - WPN just doesn't understand the market in this area.

They need more PLO8 games. For some reason the tournament schedulers believe NLO8 is a better game. Every morning, they have a $44 NLO8 that NEVER goes. Yet many other sites have very popular PLO8 games all day long.

I have emailed, tweeted, called, suggested, used a carrier pigeon, but nobody at WPN seems to understand that PLO8 has a huge following but NLO8 is more for Hold'em players.

I wish someone at WPN would add more PLO8 games to the schedule!

I've had this happen when I have multiple tables open and one gets stuck beeping. I just restart my computer (and miss a few hands) - this is the only way I can make it stop.

I will be honest and tell you that i understand O8 very well. The morning one got changed to a $20 buyin. The antes in plo8 is something i came up with and for the PLO and the feedback i get is great for the sunday special PLO where i originally put that structure. You say "huge following" if i had a $5 10k GTD plo8 or a $5 holdem 10k GTD , i think you would find that the O8 wouldnt even hit 3k of the pp and the holdem one would have a very small chance of covering. The morale of the story is , you cant drive traffic with 4 card games. No one is going to come to ACR to play just o8 or omaha. I do however admit that there could be a few more plo8 tournaments which i may look to add but it will be very minimal.

I had already won a $540 milly ticket so the next satty I won they gave me another ticket? What happened to keeping it simple and just rewarding T$ for this? I heard you can transfer tickets to another player tho idk if thats actually legit tho? Wish they went back to old system of T$ that made things a lot easier.

Keeping it simple and getting possibly destroyed in the milly isnt a great option. I am not against tbs because they stay in the system is fine but i need to try and get more individuals to win the sats. There will always be something to use the ticket on at some point.

You cannot transfer tickets for the million. Only for the venom $5 mil gtd.
All the T&C's for that are on the website and clearly stated in the 5 seat satellite on Sundays.

Ya I understand the part about losing money on overlays just figured rewarding T$ was a fine compromise. So the ticket isn't suppose to expire? mine says it does in a year.
