Occasionally being every session I play. Closing and restating doesn't fix it for me. Why cant they like, fix their software??

When trying to reg jackpot sngs I keep getting "Your request has been interrupted. please contact customer support" as an error msg. Is this something that just happens sometime and will go away on it's own? I'm able to play everything else fine.

I also experienced an odd bug playing a jackpot earlier. I timed out and was sat out but i still had my option to raise, so I did. Then next street it folded me out.

Would have been nice to get a response or a recommendation for this. Just busted the Warmup several times and was not afforded the opportunity to re-enter before late reg ended because of the buggy client freezing on me right before reg ended. This has happened several times.

The only thing i can think of if this is happening is not a bug or glitch. Its more of an annoyance and the fact you have a notification telling you, you have re entered.

If this happens you must open the main lobby (cash game lobby) and close all notification boxes saying you have re entered. Then you will be able to reg and re enter like normal

Can anything be done about being forced to register a tournament at the very beginning when you satellite into it? I hate starting tournament 200-300 blinds deep and having to play for so long. Not to mention, some start at 8AM on a Sunday. I get you guys want us to play the tournament we satellite into instead of accruing tickets and what not. There's got to be an in between solution.

About 2 months ago the beast leaderboard's "projected" and "previous results" has broken and not been displaying the correct amounts. Any idea why this would happen all of a sudden and if you could get someone to fix it?

So after a week of trying the new 30k SS format for the PLO8 OD tourneys I can honestly say that the structure is absolutely horrid. The blind structure that you put for these tourneys do not belong for a number of reasons.

The reasons are these:

1. There should be no antes in a PLO8 tourney at all. The $7 and $15 OD's are the only PLO8 tourneys that have antes at the moment. No other PLO8 tourneys on the site have them (MTT, SNG-Turbo and Reg).
If you want antes then this should be at the bare minimum a NLO8 OD tourney with TURBO in the DESCRIPTION.

2. The current structure has a "turbo-y" effect at the moment that cheapens the game play in a lot of ways. Good starting hands are getting run down more often by marginal hands as a result.

3. The 1500 SS (50 BB @ 15 SB 30 BB 1st Lvl to 40 SB 80 BB Lvl 6) 30 min late registration. The 30K SS (60 BB @ 250 SB 500 BB 1st Lvl to 1250 SB 2500 BB Lvl 6) 30 min late registration.
The point is this, the game play doesn't create an incentive to enter late in the 30K structure as in the 1500 structure. If you come in last minute whether 1st entry or reentry in the 1500 you still have some game play at the blind structure where your limited in the 30K SS. Case in point, if you come in last lvl on the 1500 you still have a shade under 20 BB's. If you come in last lvl in the 30K you only have 12 BB's and along with the antes your game play is limited.
1500 VS 30K last lvl BB structure is this -- You have just under 20 BB in the 1500 vs only 12 BB in the 30K format. SO 19/30 late/early in the 1500 vs 12/60 BB's is 60% SS late entry in the 1500 vs 20% SS late entry in the 30K. Not much of an incentive to enter late in the 30K vs the 1500 structure resulting in smaller prize pools and also smaller number of tourneys that fire up even with the reduced amount of players required to start a tourney.

4. The tier one and tier two regs in the Sit N Crush aren't playing these as often for two reasons in my opinion. The structure is terrrible and the negation of the DOUBLE POINTS for early seeding. Even with the 1.5x points vs normal SNG's these will fire more with DOUBLE POINTS like before or with the old Happy Hours. That being said, it's really the structure that has a lot of regs frustrated. The Sunday Special PLO structure with antes should have had no bearing on these OD's. PLO is very different than PLO8 even though similarities exist. The one thing they do have in common is the NO ANTES. I still don't understand how the structure of a $200 MTT (once a week) has any bearing on the OD blind structure and it's not even PLO8. If you want antes then play NLO8.

5. Once you're close to the money (ITM), unless you have a HUGE chip lead, it's still an all in shove fest most hands. One tourney I was in right before the money we were all even chip stacked except the chip leader at around 100k in chips. The problem was that we all had less than 10 BB except the chip leader whop had close to 20 BB. The game play is bad because you're having to play a wider range of hands in this current structure.

6. Another thing I've noticed is even with the lower number of players required to seed a tournament is that the number of OD's firing up is less than before. When these were 1500 SS from last year these OD's fired way more often. The Sit N Crush weekly totals use to average anywhere from 23k to 26k a week in the pool (The OD's were also 2x points during Happy Hours). The 15 minute late registration and FREEZOUT format cut the amount of entries and resulting ITM spots. The 30 minute late registration along with reentry has helped but has been negated by the crappy blind structure.

In conclusion, I've given this structure its fair shake and don't think it's the right structure moving forward IMHO. We've had multiple tweaks over the course of the last 4 weeks with no stability in game play or momentum to attract new players along with the REGS. My original issue a month ago was only the 15 minute reentry period along with the DOUBLE POINTS for the Sit N Crush. Never in my wildest dreams did I think you would put antes in a PLO8 game and then use "the success of PLO Sunday 35k $200 +$15 buy-in" as justification for your decision to add antes to these PLO8 OD's. Ask other REGS (gcone593 for example) if they like the antes (NOT THE PLO SUNDAY $200 +$15 players) and you'll see what I'm talking about. There's more I could say I'm sure but I'm beyond frustrated at the way this all played out.

You should read the T&C's and also in the sunday 5 seat gtd its very clear about what happens to multiple ticket wins.

@Rosa - i did send the video on and i am still waiting for a response which i have requested and will let you know when i know.

@Rodgers12 - I have run the reports and over 80 more of the on demands with the new structure have run in the same 6 day period with an average of 21 players with the new structure as to the average of 17 with the old structure.
Maybe a coincidence maybe not but the only complaint i have heard is from you. I have to go with the numbers on this one.

Why the site would not have access to my wager records is beyond me. Why am I expected to even pretend that this is a coherent response, or that it at all matches anything remotely close to my original query. The improper practices and halfassed support and outright thievery now that I've been subjected to at this site have made me feel like I have a gambling problem because no one who didn't have an addiction would continue to use a site that blatantly ignored and cheated them.
