Glad to hear that. Blobbloblob, how do does withdrawal by WU compare to check and the debit card? Seems like WU is more hassle free than the potential bounce of the check and the monthly rate of the card.

It just depends on how fast you want to cashout. That was my first cashout and didn't feel like waiting for a debit card or a check. I paid a $60 fee to cash out with western union. While for the debit card its monthly but the fee is much less even when you accumulate months. I also think checks are free or a very small percentage comes out.

No, he specifically said he was worried about sending sensitive, personal documents to ACR in his first post, then clarified it is because they are a foreign company in the post I responded to.

Hi there, welcome to the real world, where some people get treated differently than others. Do you somehow think this only happens at online poker sites? It happens in just about any segment of business and walk of life you can name. Whether you like it or not, this is how life works. When we're 8 years old, many adults go out of their way to make sure we're treated exactly the same as every other 8 year old. But as we grow up, this changes. Perhaps you're just learning this now for the first time.

This. I really don't understand the mentality behind the complaint. Unless he's convinced that his friend getting special treatment is slowing his cashouts down, why would he want this taken away from his friend? He should be happy for him. Perhaps a bit envious as well, but certainly not enough to want the privilege taken away.

I was multitabling for about a 4 hour session, which took place about 3-7 hours before the shutdown, and I saw pop-ups in each room several times warning about the upcoming shutdown.

I've seen that too, but a pop-up is just that, it's not up all the time. My suggestion would be a pop-up that stays until you click something to close it, thereby acknowledging that you saw it.

But even that is problematic. While I'm playing tournaments, I get so many pop-ups notifying me of other tournaments that are about to start that I usually close any pop-up without reading what it says.

Well no offense, but what else do you want them to do? I mean they're putting the notices up there. And like with most sites, the notices get more frequent as the time approaches.

If you're ignoring the warnings and closing them without reading them, as you just said, then the burden has shifted from them onto you.

How long does it take for the poker client to update from Rakeback to the Elite Program.

I requested the change Saturday night and got an email Monday afternoon saying that my account was switched over starting that day.

Now two days later I still have a rakeback link under the rewards tab and it has calculated rakeback earned Monday and Tuesday. I've also earned enough combat points over the last two days that I should be pretty close to the second level already and I dont want it to go unregistered.

Rake Structure Question:

http://www.americascardroom.eu/play-...or-real-money/

The aforementioned page says "stakes up to 2/4" What about stakes ABOVE 2/4? Are they still raked on the same schedule? I'm concerned with LHE rake structure, heads up, 6max, and rull ring.

Those fees are only for money transfer. The prepaid debit cards also have a monthly maintenance fee that isn't list, something like $5 a month.

I got a "page not found" error when I went to check it out...

By the way, have any of you rakebackers figured out if it is best to switch over to this Elite program? I'm still on rakeback and am hesitant to switch over without really knowing how to compare the value.....

The cash bonuses seem pretty nice esp the 1K and 4K ones.

The electronics look really overpriced. The PS3, for example, is $299 new. So if I wanted one either I can use 25000 CP to buy a $300 bonus, then cash out about $350 on the debit card and be able to have one in a few days. Or I spend 33500 CP in the store and wait 1-2 for it to be shipped to me. Pretty much a no-brainer. Didn't really look at other electronics but I assume it will be the same.

Also where are the tickets for the larger tournaments?

Can you send us a screenshot please, Rakeback players can't see the Store so this is odd.

Ty!
