can someone link the acr trade thread

There's no such thing as an "acr trade thread" - I assume you meant the P2P transfers thread for all sites, in which case just go to the main page on this (Internet Poker) forum. It's by far the biggest thread, with over 160,000 replies. Make sure you read the first post before using it.

That would be a true statement if the search feature had a help feature to explain how to perform complex searches. I have found none. Till this day if I search for a 2 word item the search uses each word individually. If this search has a help feature, then I'd happily recant my criticism.

You may have noticed that he quite clearly gave him the term to search for, and I suspected that was because he tried the search himself, something he has since confirmed. He didn't know the answer himself, so rather than go through the search results to try to find the precise answer, he provided the way to do the search - really, his post was very helpful. The criticism of the search feature may or may not be valid, but that was never my point.

As for searching, I've never had that problem. For example, I just tried a search for poker cucumber (intentionally chose a word you wouldn't often find with poker), which if you were correct, should give me thousands of results with poker and likely nothing of what I want. I got 175 results. I checked the first 3, all had both words. Checked the very last result, also had both words. I expect they all did. Yes, I'm also surprised there are 175 posts on 2+2 with both poker and cucumber, and I'm sure there's a few jokes there somewhere. Regardless, I've always found that searching for multiple words gives me only results with all of the words. But if you find otherwise, I know of two things that usually work in most search engines. Quotation marks will search for the exact phrase (0 results for "poker cucumber"), and + in front of the word means it must be included (- before words you want excluded). Doing that (+poker +cucumber) gave me the same 175 results, so I'm pretty sure a default search here means all words must be in the post to work. But perhaps that varies depending on whether you're searching withing a thread or forum; I'm not sure. Other things to check are whether you're searching within titles or within posts, whether you're searching for threads or posts, and whether you've limited the search to the forums you wanted.

I don't mention all of this to disagree that the search feature isn't always great or that there couldn't be better (or any) documentation, but hopefully that's helpful.

Anyone know why the schedule for today is missing so many of its standard tournaments?

Anyone still not refunded? I was partially refunded short of $115. I've given them the tourney id's in 3 chats now over the last 20 odd hour period, and each time they tell me "give us an hour"...obviously nothing happens.

I assumed that he did, indeed, know the answer. Not showing mucked hands at showdown has been a pet peeve of mine for years on ACR. Anyway, seems like I tried using quotes before on a search and it seemed to me that the resulting search still looked like word1, word2, indicating a word1 or word2 search. Perhaps I'm wrong about this, but the last couple of times I've tried to use search to find something, I've been unsuccessful... seems like some of the results didn't even have the search word in them. Where did you learn about the features you did mention?

I guess it's just one of those things I've picked up over the years on these tubes they call the Interwebs.

As for 2+2 search, it wouldn't shock me at all if the same search in different areas (within threads, within forums, etc.) worked differently, and I've also been tripped up by some of the defaults it uses sometimes (like searching titles rather than posts), but usually with some patience and carefully double-checking what might have went wrong when I got weird results, I often get the results I'm looking for. But it's sometimes not as easy as it should be.
