Chatted with customer service on the website. Got a refund for the tournament pretty quickly. Good customer service.

Just curious but to those of you that play those tournaments with 5 hour late reg, do most of you players reg a lot later? I can't imagine it being smart to reg these early on as from what i notice, it takes 6.5 hours at least to make the money. So when late reg ends, it last 5.5 hours already. I mean imagine playing 5 hours and then busting out and not even being ITM. Most sites don't take anywhere close to this to be ITM.

really happy yesterday ran smooth, at least for me it did. it did not auto seat me for a tournament later in the day but i just opened lobby and open it manually and it was fine.

Is anyone here oppose to those on demand sngs? They are literally ruining the regular sng action whether its turbo, reg speed or hypers. Not only that, these on demands that use to have at least 25 players... its basically 10 players or a bit more and thats all. Its basically a regular sng. Is there a reason why so many players play these? I know you get more points than regular sngs but aren't these ruining the sngs? I can't imagine even the regs like this format but only play it for the leaderboard right?

I hate to sound like a whiner...but I'm going to *****.

ACR hasn't done a ****ing thing to resolve their scumbag Russian/Eastern European bot issues. They openly play HU all day long, and obviously at 6 max, etc.

I took the time to record videos of said bots and sent them to ACR. I have followed up via telephone and email with ACR multiple times. Every single time they give me some bull**** line about how their "Security" department is looking in to it. It's been almost 2 months since I started the process.

Coupled with their horrible server issues and obvious lack of interest in keeping this trash away from the site, I have decided, **** ACR and **** Phil Nagy and is bull**** operation.

Just my opinion, but I'd use caution when depositing on the network in general.

You would think as a business man he'd actually capitalize on the insane opportunity he has to takeover the entire US market. Maybe have a little integrity and gratitude for the amount of money that US players deposit.

As far as I can tell, they'd rather cater toward the botting scum that generate rake 12 hours a day per account, disregard the proof that they have in their hands and basically tell us all to **** off...

I had it, after messing with the default browser and restarting the client over and over it worked.

Could you explain a bit more about changing the default browser? Does this need to be done within the client or separate? I'm running Chrome, and I guess ACR runs I.E perhaps?
