That is already possible. If you are at a table (also as observer), click on the symbol in upper left corner to access the options. Under General -> Game Options there is a check box for "Auto Switch between tables".

Sent the ACR Rep a PM yesterday, and he replied saying he sent the info to someone else higher up. I will post an update in here when I hear back.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
I guess someone on Yatahay doesn't hate Pocket Queens as much right now, Bad Beat Jackpot just hit with Queens vs Kings on NL100 ... board Q-K-Q-K-7.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
A few software issues. My auto-buy-in and auto-reload don't work. So, when I log in, I have to max out the table buy in because it always starts me off at the minimum. But it gets worse. The "cashier" button is next to the "OK" button when topping up. If I hit "cashier" by accident, I lose my spot on the wait list and my seat on that table.
So, please get the auto-buy-in and auto-reload working, and don't take my seat if I hit the wrong button.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
ACR told me that the funds were now available to be drawn from. However I had yet to receive the check from my bank, and in any case I have recently moved. I asked for a stop payment on the check, and am waiting for that request to be fulfilled so the funds show up on my player account again.

I keep seeing commercials on TV, is this a real poker site for money, and if so how can they advertise?

Yes. It is a skin on the Yatahay network and they recently acquired DoylesRoom. No idea about the legal issues for advertising within the US though ...

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
Checked and only found the FAQ: http://www.americascardroom.eu/poker...ort/poker-faq/
They recently acquired DoylesRoom, so maybe not all of the content was moved over to the new website

Hello ACR,
You mentioned an update for Mac and show mucked cards. What's the estimated time on those going through? And you mean mac download, right? Not that stupid flash player so it can be played on a browser.
Thanks.

Is there a way around this, or is this another thing that will be fixed in the next software improvement?

It will be fixed with an upcoming upgrade before the end of the year.

It depends on the type of cashout you chose. Bounced checks have to be adressed case by case and most of them have been already sent out again.

Advertising a .net site is ok for any site.

They are being re-written and will be out in the next couple of days.

This will be ready by the end of the year or the beginning of next year. The way the Mac update will come is not definite yet. It will be a big release, so as soon as we have more information about it we will release it.
Have a great day!

In fact Online Poker is not illegal ... unless you live in Washington State.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
I love the site and with the direction its going in it seems to be getting better month by month but there are a few things i have concern with.
first of all the bad beat jackpot tables at the .05/.10 level just seem a bit too much. I realize that the idea of winning a jackpot to a small stakes players seems very attractive but the rate of rake and the jackpot contribution most of the time make it incredibly hard to make any money on those tables no matter who u are. In my opinion the bbjp tables should start at the 50nl lvl at least.
Also if I win tourney dollars the only things i can use them on are sngs which hardly ever run. Maybe add some tournaments that take td's as well since u run so many sats or add a Sit and Go promotion so that those start running regularly. No rake for sngs for a month comes to mind as an idea
all in all i think u guys have a great site in the making and look forward to seeing you guys develop even more.

Actually it makes sense that you should be able to use these tokens / tournament dollar for all games, e.g. have a balance for cash and tournament dollars - gonna bump that suggestion

Pretty simple. Because the money transactions are illegal according to UIGEA, online poker itself isn't.
