How do you check someone's location on wpn? Also there is no software to autoreg sngs? I use tabletamer and i was told it doesn't reg sng. So no program allows you to reg sng so you have to reg yourself?

Double click on there name and a box will pop up with info like country, city, sex, other crap I can't remember.


As far as cards do you mean no animation? You can turn that off but I'm guessing that's not what you mean.

Bottom right-hand side of console, above cashier button, is a filter tab. Should be able to select whatever you need from there.

The filters for SNG's don't work correctly, enjoy sifting through a bunch of nonsense you don't care about. People have complained about it for a minimum of 5 years, to no avail.

Thanks. But it seem you can't filter it more detail like on say stars. Also the registered in tournaments... does it even refresh? You register say a few sng or mtt... it show you registered. Then you reg a few more. It doesn't even refresh. You go and open up tournaments and a new one shows up. What is exactly the point of this if it doesn't refresh?

Also i took a look at rakeback. It shows the rake paid and weekly rakeback. Also it shows available rakeback and click to redeem. Do i need to click on the redeem button every week or not? Or does it automatically get credited to account? What if you don't redeem it? Why is the amount a lot less than the total rakeback available? Example it would show weekly rakeback as 10 dollars but then show click to redeem as 2 dollar something?


For sit n crush, i see there is a huge leaderboard. Is typically the amount of points from the previous week how much it takes to be on the leaderboard? Like i see its over 4000 points for 1st etc all the way to like 185 points for 100th place.


So basically if you are number 100, you get $50 credited to your account automatically for the week? I notice from the top 84, there is mesage of 3 live cage pkg gtd. So only the top 84 get this? Its a ticket to play a 55 dollar weekly tournament to win a live seat cage seat correct?


So anyone that gets 1st to 3rd every week in earning the most points get 1250 dollars every single week? Also does this leaderboard update automatically? Or once every so and so?

For cash games, i notice the top players are getting like 25000 points. The cash prize they get is 2500. So those players who are obviously high stakes or medium stakes cash game players... they are getting $2500 a week? Wow that is insane if thats how it works.


Is it even possible to make the top 100 on the cash game beast if you play low stakes cash games?

The SnC leaderboard week to week is a decent guide, but based on the amount of the prize pool. It varies, but in general it gives you an idea of what you need to do. The Beast is similar as far as an idea of the range you need to score, but it is also dependent on the prize pool. Not sure what it takes for micro/low stakes, but probably can get in if you have enough hours and play a lot of tables. Others here would know more on the Beast.

So does that mean if you are on the list for a cash prize that you automatically get it at the end of the week? Thus you already earned it? But the projected cash prize is what is most likely going to happen based on what they estimate you played in your volume?


Or it could show you in say top 50 in the sit and go crush with a 50 dollar cash prize. But you dont play the rest of the week and then you go to 150 place and get nothing?

You can cash in RB everyday or if you don't they add to your account either Wed or Thursday. It is showing less available than what you have earned because it lags behind by 12-24 hours typically.

You don't have to grind midstakes to cash high in the beast, a lot of those guys grind 25-50NL on 24 tables 80 hours a week.

Also it shows at the moment there are 65 entries for a tournament. Can someone explain what that is? So if you are right now at the moment like 50th or better... it doesn't guarantee you a ticket right? Example it shows my place and my points... then tourney entry says yes. So what tournament is this exactly? Is it the beast snc 3 live cage packages gtd?

Not to sound rude, but have you considered just opening your eyes and looking at the Beast page? It's pretty clear what tournament the ticket is for....

You're making this way too difficult, everything you're asking about both promotions is very black and white on the promotions page in the client where it shows Beast/SNC info. If you get a ticket they auto reg you for Sunday. If you don't want to play you can just register for the target satellite and then unregister once WPN manually tries and it will give you tourney bucks.

So if you win a tournament entry this week, you are playing the one on April 22 and not April 15 right? That wouldn't make sense since shouldn't it be the upcoming one? Also this 5200 live cage... this event happens how many times a year?

Because if you don't, someone would go over you and then you might not have a tournament entry? Thus even if someone is stay 35th right on the sit and crush leaderboard, well if they dont play, then many players could make you say 80th and it only gives say 70 seats?


And is the sit and go crush and beast updated to the minute or hour? So basically when there are say not long left, many players would keep checking the leaderboard right to make sure to win out against the other players trying to get the top prize etc?

You're not 'guaranteed' anything til the contest is complete. There could be players mass-tabling the last day/hour/minutes and people move around. If you're at the bottom of the list to get a seat, don't count on it, keep playing.

The contest ends and the seats are for the following week. They auto register you couple days later. If you don't want to play it, register early and they credit you with tourney bucks in your account.

It isn't too hard to cash the leaderboard, although top 5 places do take legit hours to get there.

How often does the leaderboard update? I assume its not instant? But how far behind is it? Well this weekly sng crush and beast ends on Friday night. So the tickets are given out a few days afterwards. But when does registration open for that? So you have to make sure you register for it before they give out the ticket right? So once you register it, then the give you ticket, you unregister the tournament. Then you get the tournament dollars correct?


Well im talking about just cashing in the leaderboard and winning a ticket... nothing more.


I took a look at the leaderboard for cash game players. I don't play cash at all. But those names i recognize because when i view the lobby on cash games and see high stakes cash, those are the names that are on the top 5 etc. But you say some of them play 25-50nl a week 80 hours 24 tabling. That is pretty insane. But are any of those guys in the top 20 in the cash beast? The top 5 and 10 those look like players that all play mid to high stakes cash. Obviously you pay lot more rake in higher stakes games than low ones but are there players that play 50nl or 100nl that make the top 10 or maybe 5 or is that impossible?

You had mentioned if you dont want to play in the tournament and want tournament credits, to make sure you register for this first... that way you unreg it and you get tournament dollars? What day do they automatically register you to the beast and snc live cage package gtd?

I have a question for you guys: Do any of you have the enable double or nothing option unchecked in options but double or nothing comes up anyway after cashing? Unchecking it used to work, but with one of the updates a couple months ago I think, unchecking it seems to do nothing.

I asked in a twitch chat of one of their ACR streamers, QuickQuestionNow aka Rodney who I believe works for ACR in some capacity/ twitter social media or something and he told me unchecking it doesn't work for him either.

Yet when I email customer service, of course they've never heard of it and 3 emails in I'm sure I'll just have to give up and accept it. I actually like ACR, but god forbid you actually need the simplest of questions answered. I have gotten the wrong answer to what you would think are absolutely basic questions. Usually if I contact customer service they beat your head in with the same stock answers until you give up. Luckily it's never been anything I would consider truly serious and some other sites aren't all that much better.

It really is a shame because I feel like their customer service is doing ACR a disservice but they don't realize it. I just saw Joey retweet a pro who tweeted he is now recommending everyone withdraw and no one play due to probably a knee jerk reaction to a customer service issue he had because they wouldn't let them talk to a manager. I really feel like the process is stonewall you until you make enough of a fuss on social media or elsewhere and then it gets taken care of.

You can have a great company (just generally speaking) but unwise customer service hires and policy can poison customers against you. I've always felt companies should think about this and spend more to get good customer service because it goes a long way in customer loyalty and your experience with that company.

use Revo uninstaller pro(google it), it will get rid of every trace of your ACR client(evidently many "traces" get left behind on a standard uninstall, then reinstall. I guarantee your problem gets solved, the program has fixed many problems for me, that were similar to yours.

They only hire prokaryotes for the online customer service department. You're better off talking to you dog for assistance.

I'm getting the double or nothing shim sham non stop, too. It is checked off in options. I've deleted and reinstalled it to no avail. One wrong click and you can lose your cash, kind grimey to be honest. You should have to request it, not work to disable it.

I'll try the revo uninstall to see if that helps it at all.

Hey all. So when im playing, there is this very annoying sound that beeps either 2 times or 3 times etc. I had thought it was the sound settings and i went to settings and turned off all settings on bcp.


But even then i still heard the sound. When i closed all the tables... i still heard the sound. Only when i closed bcp, the sound is gone. Can someone tell me what sound this is?

It beeps 2 or 3 times and keeps repeating itself over and over.

Software is old and not good, known glitch. Just close the client and reopen and don't play with sounds anymore.
