Yeah, they won't let you unregister for a tournament and use it later if you win it either. BS IMO. Lost 2 Punta Cana tickets because I couldn't play the tournaments at the time they were scheduled.

Maybe dude. I had a $0.25 ticket that I won for some feeder tournament, and also an $11 ticket that I couldn't play at the scheduled time. I asked support if they could either give me the ticket so I could play them at a different time, or the buyin amount in cash, and they said they couldn't. WTF?

Yes. Think it was only Washington State and Maryland that were not allowed.

Do you still have the TID or when it was supposed to take place? And who said that, live chat or support by email? Try to submit as much info as possible to the ACR Rep by PM on 2+2 and they will look into it, yesterday was a holiday at Costa Rica so they will just check in again today.

Thank you 39suited!

That is correct, please send more information in a PM or to affiliates@americascardroom.com so we can get it directly.

Thank you!

Sorry about that. The support staff is now aware of how it works. You will get your points for sure.

Have a great day!

Thinking about signing up for the site, I just need to find a good rakeback affiliate first. I googled a few (pokerspace.com and rakeracer.com) but couldn't find any reviews of them on here. Does anyone have any experience with these affiliates before I just pick one at random and hope for the best?

Tell them about it, seriously. I dislike the officials from Maryland too, for what they did. Tell them I've yet to receive my money they stole, but am aware they already gave a portion of it to anne arundel police department.

I'll work on my state, please work on yours. Both of ours are complete jokes when it comes to poker.

asshats

Well I guess only time will tell, but you can imagine that processing in the US has become even more difficult nowadays after Black Friday and the government is not really famous for getting things fixed asap ... unless they get their share aka $$$.

ACHD, could you address these issues please:

1) Auto "top-off" in ring games.
2) Larger cards (Board and Player Hands).
3) Improved 4-color deck.
4) Cashier logs out if left open for long. Have to click Poker Lobby and back on Cashier to avoid logging in again.

They are working on those two at the moment, it was mentioned in the old Doyles thread on 2+2. The other two I don't know, but I am sure the Rep will comment on them shortly.

39suited is an affiliate there you could try pming him. I tried looking at my normally used affiliate and was surprised to see they hadn't updated with ACR.

Congratulations! Please send your itinerary with the rest of your info to: Info@PuntaCanaPokerClassic.com

The people in charge of the event will help you out with that.

A lot of affiliates are getting their reviews up and requesting for special marketing material. A lot of them will be promoting ACR as soon as November starts.

1) Auto top off is very near the top, we are hoping to have it sometime here during Q4
2) Larger cards are coming with new table redesign project we're working on. Hoping for end of Q4
3) End of Q4 as well
4) This is a security feature that we have installed in case people forget their account is open. We have to have a time out here.

So I just started playing on the site for the first time today, and I've noticed that if I use the "tile windows" feature with, say, four windows open, rather than tiling them to fill the screen, it shrinks them all down as small as possible. Is there a way around this, or is this another thing that will be fixed in the next software improvement?

Don't think there is a way around this at the moment, but its on the list to get fixed. Right now I usually resize the tables manually but don't play more than 4 until the bug is fixed. Damn "creature of habit" with the one click as well -.-

One more thing I noticed after putting in a bit longer of a session, there needs to be a way to prevent tables from grabbing focus every time the action is on you. It makes it very hard to take notes on a player while multitabling when you get pulled away every time you manage to get two words typed.

That said, the software seems very polished in general, so once the Q4 software improvements go through, I think you'll probably have the best software of any site currently serving Americans.
