A few issues with the software that seem like MUST fixes:

-Most important: The timebank for mtts is a one time 10 second for ANY hand then is gone for the WHOLE rest of the MTT? I know it refreshes every hand for cash games, it should at the very minimum refresh at final tables but would be perfect it refreshed every hour and at final table

-Add a level in structure in between 200 and 300 and in between 2k and 3k (only in the few mtts where this applies) this jump is a massive 50% of the previous bb, you guys could just get rid of a couple of the early levels to compensate for this and the tournament wont take any longer but run much smoother for the player

-make it hand for hand to make the $ in mtts not just to make ft

-add a sunday major during the day on sunday, the mtt schedule is ok on your site but a little strange if anything. Why is the biggest tournament during the day on sunday a 25 cubed 3k but at night is a 125 15k. Cant you guys add a $55 15k up to a $200 20k during the day on sunday and call it your sunday flagship or something similar?

-The rebuy tournaments are flawed in that you have to lose at least 1 chip in order to initally rebuy, this is a bug that should be very easy to fix and is really a problem

-Fix the "2x,3x,4x" buttons to actually mean 2x the bb not 2x=3bbs, 3x=4bbs it really doesnt make much sense

This is now the 3rd week that I have been extremely surprised with the amount of rakeback I am receiving, and must say that its just about time that I move to another site. My rakeback according to the rakeback tab in the ACR lobby was about 200% of what I actually received. It should be noted that during this time, no points were used for sngs/tournaments and I didn't even use free parking yet, because I was not sure if this would impact it. Constantly my rakeback is being shorted, so I dont know if there is some unknown underlying fee that makes the rakeback on this site equivalent to ~15%, but its getting kind of ridiculous.
I will PM you my account name info so you can look into it but I can't see this being some kind of accident being 3 weeks in a row.

So just to be clear, basically my rakeback statement will claim X$ and then come wednesday when it actually gets released, I have been receiving a number much less than X.

I used a CC to deposit, had no problems, as said above you just need to call to confirm. I also sent all the documents for the Debit card, thought I had emailed like 3 weeks ago but apparently one email failed because of attachment size, I didn't realize until I emailed to ask about the status. Anyways, they told me what else I needed to send it, I promptly did that last Monday, and the debit card is now in the mail, via UPS shipping, tracking says it should be here early next week. I'll keep you posted.

Also ACR rep, please add auto-rebuy feature, this would be quite useful for players (as well as you! you will make more rake!!)

Using the FPP for SNG and MTT has no influence on the rakeback, Free Parking and a First Deposit Bonus however do.

Yes, I've been having this problem also since I first deposited. I've been receiving about half of what I expect to receive (the number listed in under the Rakeback tab). I assumed it had to do with clearing the deposit bonus and it would appear so (39suited confirms). Unfortunately, it takes forever to clear the deposit bonus at 10NL.

I am thinking about buying into ACR, but I am looking for a site that has decent PLO cash games running at the lower stakes. Does anyone know how much PLO action there is on this site?

I noticed you fixed the filter bug quickly. I much appreciate all your efforts.

Any chance you could also clearly display the chip amounts for rebuys and more importantly add-ons (since these seem to be somewhat variable) on your R/A tournament lobbies? I see players often ask about this, and as a regular, I'm never completely sure myself since the amount seems to change once in a while.
