Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk

Logged on today and all my notes seem to have disappeared. Don't remember the software updating or anything, but my computer did crash from a power outage the last time I was logged on. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there any way to recover my notes?

Yeah this has happened to me many times, that's why I back up my notes a few times a week. And there is no way to recover them on their end, but you maybe able to run a system recovery on your computer and get them back.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk

Has anyone who has played a lot here noticed that the board pairs on the flop way more then it should? I have played millions of hands online and it is impossible not to notice a difference in frequency of this. I am not accusing it of being rigged but this is a definite pattern I have noticed and am wondering if anyone else has noticed this as well. Thanks

How many hands have you played there and how many paired flops did you see?

I would estimate I have played 300-400 HU sit and gos. I dont have exact numbers because Sharkcope and Holdem Manger do not work for this site.

What's the deal with this? Can the rep confirm there actually IS a debit card and maybe it just takes a long time for the paperwork to be processed and for you to receive it? I've also been waiting a bit and everytime I contact ACR they say they have forwarded my documents, they will take $25 out of my account to start a balance on the card and I should be receiving it in the mail but it's yet to happen. Would appreciate a little more insight on this if possible.

2. Some in this forum believe that in the current climate, Americas Cardroom does not want the DOJ to know that they are keeping player funds segregated (even though it is stated on their site.) Why would safeguarding player funds be a problem with the DOJ, and what legal problems could that statement or act possibly cause?

I'm confused.
Hi there! We cant go into more detail than that for security reasons. For all players security.

Also, how often does Rakeback update? It seems to have only updated once in the few days I've played and it is nowhere near the number of Rake paid in my PT3 software. Is there a difference between the two?
All of those should be updating on daily basis. Please let me know if it isn't up to date now.

Wait time depends on the method used. For that please contact support@americascardroom.com and they will explain how all withdrawals work.

Last I was on Americas to check it out only options for deposits you allowed were bank wire or Visa.

Any ideas when Money bookers or mastercard will be accepted?
Deposit options depend on a few things like where you are from, and the customer level you are. New players get some deposit options but other options could get available when refunding.

No ETA on MB or MC atm.

Usually Your ID and utility bill. Withdrawal time depends on the option used.

Fix the glitch where i still cant buy in for less than i left with over 24 hours earlier at a cash table(although sometimes this is nice to have a big stack when i sit down).
Button so you can see tournament lobby.
Bigger cards
Better layout so that you dont have to click omaha then click pot limit etc. Hard for people to find games.
Fix the rewards page. I have had more problems with this page updating correctly almost daily. It constantly messes up I have no clue if its even working correct at this point. The rakeback link sometimes doesnt update all week long.
Add on auto top off feature for cash games.
The add on in tournaments doesnt add to your stack until after you play a hand after the break, why?
4color deck you have to change every time u log in also same u have to update tourney settings every log in.
Not a fan of seperate lobby for tourneys.
All seem to be small fixes which would make an already good site much better. I hope you guys continue growing I enjoy playing on your site.
Yes, they are subtracted from gross revenue. Thank you very much for the feedback!

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk

I have been trying to log in, and have been unable to since last night. Today I am getting an error message that says, "Error while loading resources". Last night it kept saying that only one client can be running at a time, or something like that. I had been playing earlier in the night and closed the client, then tried to open it again and kept getting that message.

I assumed it was from laggy offshore internets.

Anyways, I uninstalled and reinstalled the poker client, and it is working fine now, well, except for the lag.

Yeah I tried uninstalling/re-installing as well and still get some very aggravating lag. Messed around with HU today, and the lag between hands is mind numbing

Lost $50 dollars at Americas Card Room..Who is responsible?

Hi, I decided to make a deposit on ACR today. a small $50 dollar deposit as that is all I could afford.

Before depositing i contacted support and told them that before Playing i needed ALL CASINO GAMES to be banned no my account for life they stated it was not a problem and it would be taken care of.

Went to WU made a $50 dollar deposit....Got home played some 5 cent 10 cent cash games. Very shortly after I went on tilt and went to check out casino games *which should have been bocked* they were not and I proceeded to lose my bankroll.

I think that ACR is resonsible for this becuase before even depositng i specifcaly asked that all casino games be banned and was assured they would be.

I will now be contacting western union and telling them the name i sent to is collecting gambling monies which is against their tos.

I will be contacting their gaming comission if i can find out who it is.

If you ran it upto $1,000,000 and had it confiscated when you tried to cash out would your reaction be yeah I asked for those games to be blocked and I shouldn't have been able to win the monies, you can take it back no problem?

Way to make yourself look like a fool, ne923. Well played.

P.S. I would recommend to read some articles about how to avoid tilt.

Feel free to send your username to the site rep on 2+2 to look into it. It's always sooo much better to complain all the time than rather doing something. Now it is up to you brah.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk

Look "BRAH" im not complaining im simply notifying others of their antics, and trying to find out who their gaming comission is so I can write a detailed message to them explaining the details. I asked that games be closed BEFORE allowing me to play, therefore once my money was in my account I figured they had done what they said they would. This was not the case and on tilt i lost my bankroll.

For complaining and asking who their gaming comission is I have been banned from ACR. I'm sure their gaming comission would love to know that any "threats" to go to the gaming comission will be dealt with by a ban.

So once you figured out that was not the case, you just continued to donk away the cash instead of logging out? You know, it is just two clicks. But I guess it really is so much easier to simply complain and you have not done anything wrong. Well done.

Threats won't get you anywhere, on no poker site. So if their Gaming Commission doesn't do anything, you also gonna threaten them as well? By the way, how do you know that your account was banned and not just suspended to disable all casino games? On almost all sites the casino stuff can't be disabled when you are still logged in and active.

Don't waste your time 39. Check out his other posts. He has a problem with all sites not just ACR. He got fired from Wallyworld and he decided to make poker his career. He is a degenerate gambler who sucks at life. His words, not mine.
