The "Gameplay Conflict of Interest" section is nice to see being addressed, as it's practice become rampant across all forms of internet poker these days.
What I am a little confused about is the "Profit Sharing" clause. My interpretation is that it is ok to have such arrangements, as long as you are not colluding.
I'm struggling to see how a team of say 3 players sitting at a 6max table, all sharing the profits, is not considered colluding, even if you are not actively sharing hole cards.
Isn't the act of having profit sharing agreements in of itself collusion? Yes, I know this has been a grey-area in all forms of poker, throughout the games history.
Enforcing said policies also seems quite burdensome to the operator, and these policies feel like more of the same big talk, little change we've seen from WPN over the years.
