I and my friends have been playing on ACR for a while BUT STOPPED PLAYING FOR GOOD last week because ACR (Americas Card Room) has become INFINITELY GREEDY.

Last week GREEDY ACR changed pretty much EVERY (daily) TOURNAMENT from 9-Max to 8-Max and turned the game into "BINGO poker" because ACR wants players to get busted fast, complete the tournaments fast and MAKE MORE MONEY.

1. $50 buy in - 25k chips and 10 min levels
2. $200 buy in - 25k chips and 10 min levels
3. $60 buy in - 10k chips and 12 min levels
4. $50 buy in - $15k GTD, 5k chips and 12 min levels

If I were to deposit money onto ACR and then wanted to withdraw do I have to provide a driver's license? As much as I want to play poker I am not too comfortable with sending a photo copy of my driver's license.

It gets flagged randomly, I withdrew 2 times b4 I had to upload my license and a utility bill.

OK. I was going to play a 6-max this morning. I might change that to 8-max.

Just overall schedule. I play pretty much everything from $11-$300 buy ins and if I had to I could play entirely on WPN and get 20-25 MTTs in one day only playing the larger guarantees. Bovada for the same buy in level has maybe 7 or 8 for the whole day for me. Best bet is to combine the two, that's what I do plus add in global and bet online for a few MTTs a night.

Yes, from Teamviewer, but that may be coming to an end with their next update. Not sure what software they will require to be closed during play, but I'd bet TV is included like it is on the legal American sites.

Can anyone provide any quick info as to what the "minimum rake" requirements might be to cash out? I only single tabled but played an 8 hour session one night from PLO 5/10 all the way to 25/50 and can't withdrawal literally any funds at all (?) this is even after coming back the next day for 3-4 hours. What ever happened to just being able to transact/secure your own money how you see fit?

it's never been like that, always had to play a certain amount to unlock withdrawals, same with dfs, has to do with money laundering

Certain amount of "raked play" required to be able to make a withdrawal? Absolutely not required historically.

I didn't look too hard but could not even find a scale/rate required it just "varies" apparently according the site FAQ's.

Not talking about unlocking a bonus etc., just being able to withdrawal a portion/any amount (even if some is still on hold) of money after a 7+ day period and reasonable amount of play.

even before black friday, a lot of sites made you at least wager the amount you deposited (1x rollover) prior to wd. this is nothing new. its not good that they dont tell you the amount specifically though. have you contacted support and asked for the specific amount of play needed?

I can't find the source, but I'm pretty sure a stars rep for example has confirmed they may ask you to rake 15% of your deposit amount. I'm assuming this is mostly to recover the transaction fees on their side, they'd probably get murdered when someone deposits 50k and wants to leave after paying 100$ rake.

I'm sure you're right - its just been that long. I've confirmed it is a 10% rake of amount deposited which on a 5 figure sum could take a while and I'm just not too into it, ah well.
